Very poor experience, be warned, they are not located or have any presence in the UK which isn't made clear.
I initially signed up to newsletter for discount code but never received one. I Paid £7 for first delivery but item didn't fit. They wont do exchange. I tried to return myself but discovered they are in Spain and was virtually impossible as it involved vat forms, import & duty forms and other questions, so therefore had to pay for their returns postage label, WHICH WAS £20!!
I wanted to buy the right size item through them but they refused to offer any discount code despite me now having spent £27 on postage to receive and return.
Went to post office having printed off the initial return label they emailed only to discover wasn't the correct label. They email a follow several days later! So had to repackage return item and go back to post office days later. Then waited 35 days before they refunded, and that was only after several very direct emails from me. They state they refund 14 days after received but then moved the goal posts.
Because they are in Spain there were no bodies such as trading standards to report them to. Obviously I wont use again.

I’ve order multiple times from here and can confirm they deliver on time from my experience. I do have to say the costumer service is not great, it’s just automated messages and when it’s an actual person it’s just copy pasted general messages, could be improved. I am, however, very satisfied with the quality, the prices and the timely manner my orders have been handled.

Previously had a normal experience with Tradeinn Ordered from SnowInn on 11th December.
Due to an error on my part on the address (not including my building number and street address), the item has been returned to sender.
SnowInn support advised they couldn't help and it would be returned and then refunded to order again.
Tracking says it was "Return Delivered" on the 23rd December 2025, several weeks later (9th January 2026), I've still not been refunded and I'm having to chase.
I've tried to contact SnowInn several times via email and called with no answer (Spanish number) however all I get is an automated reply from an agent called "John" with tracking information saying it will be delivered soon...
I appreciate this may not be SnowInns fault that the parcel could be lost however, the lack of human response and a auto-generated one is unacceptable.
If the returns process has failed, this would be on the supplier (SnowInn) to work with the Courier to locate or raise an Insurance claim.
At this rate, it's going to be a charge back request to SnowInn in an attempt to get my money back for a product I never received...

Ordered on 28 November a ski-boot bag as xmas present for my daughter. Given estimated delivery date of 15-17 December. After multiple emails chasing my order (and an unexplained change in tracking number) it was finally delivered on 30 December, thirteen days after estimated date. In total took 32 days for my order to arrive. After complaining and suggesting that gesture of goodwill would be appropriate, Snowinn sent me a 5% discount code with 30 day expiry...
First and last time I will use Snowinn. A shame as they have good selection of competitively priced items.

I ordered a ski helmet from TradeInn with a promised delivery date of December 2. More than a month later, the package is still not delivered.
Tracking shows the parcel cleared customs on December 25, no payment required, and since then — no movement at all. Despite this, customer service keeps sending copy-paste replies telling me to “contact the local carrier,” even though:
• Israel Post does not answer customers
• TradeInn is the seller who chose the carrier
• They are the only party who can open a formal investigation
What makes this worse: my cousin ordered the same item on the same day and already received it.
TradeInn completely refuses to take responsibility, investigate the shipment, or offer a real solution. If I had known their delivery promises were meaningless and that I would be left alone once payment was taken, I would never have ordered from them.
If you need an item by a specific date — do not trust TradeInn.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise against trusting their advertised delivery date windows.
I placed my order on 2 December for a trip scheduled on 20 December. The delivery was initially promised for 9 December, which should have been more than sufficient. However, due to their poor service, my parcel was delayed and was not dispatched until 15 December, despite me sending several messages to the support team.
Each time I contacted customer support, I was only told to “wait” and reassured that the delivery would arrive on time. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be an immediate delivery ended up taking more than a week after the parcel was finally sent.
As a result of these delays, I did not receive my gear in time for my trip. To make matters worse, I am now required to pay an additional £12 to return the item. In total, I have paid £21 for nothing, including £9 for delivery that was advertised as immediate.
I would strongly recommend not relying on their expected delivery dates. To be safe, I suggest allowing at least two extra weeks beyond what they promise. Despite great price deals, better look at other online shops!

Returned items using their paid tracked returns service. Items were delivered to their Hounslow address before Christmas, and still no refund.
When asking customer service, James replied initially, Pedri then later copy and pasted the same response without even looking into the case

Extremely poor customer service with even worse AI responses. Items ordered on 01/12 said 3/4 day delivery, nothing before Christmas. Has to cancel one item and reorder another to sort the situation out myself, pay two sets of postage and loose black Friday discount from first order that they refused to honour. Extremely dodgy

I’m very disappointed. My delivery is late more then 3 weeks. What is more suport team have sent me 3 the same answers without no specific data of delivery.
This is my order number 64576890, it was done 4th of December and still not delivered. Be careful with this shop. I can’t say anything about products, but I do not believe it will be order.

The worst possible shopping experience.
Their site is missleading, they say the items are immediate to ship and deliver within 4 days.
It will take 10 days just to gather them and if you are lucky another 10 to deliver.
stay away and pay the extra cost elsewhere.

Delivery nightmare…. Cant even rate the product yet! Ordered 20 days ago!!! Promised delivery within 5 working days, paid 72aed ( 15£). I got in touch with the company several times asking where is the package-on the way, was the answer! Today, got a phone call to tell me that i need to collect the package from post office or pay additional 50aed (10£) for delivery to the door!! Fummmmming!!!
