Pre našich hostí organizujeme dopravu (na želanie), ubytovanie a skipas. Vo väčšine stredísk existuje možnosť výberu z viacerých druhov ubytovacích zariadení a cenových kategórií. Taktiež je možné objednať si kompletnú výstroj, či kurzy lyžovania príp. snowboardingu. O hostí sa v najväčších strediskách postará delegát zájazdu, ktorý sa okrem iného podieľa na organizácii pestrého programu. Každý hosť sa teda slobodne rozhodne, do akej miery využije služby delegáta zájazdu a či sa zúčastní na ponúkanom programe. Práve týmito službami sa zájazdy spoločnosti SnowTrex zásadne odlišujú od lyžiarskych zájazdov mnohých iných organizátorov, ktorí v danom lyžiarskom stredisku spravidla ponúkajú len jedno skupinové ubytovanie. Non helpfull, non personal, cold approach.
While we were deciding to book an accomodation, the price increased two times within several days. I asked for the same price or at least some small discount after booking but no engagement to help us with it. I dont believe that your company cannot give us 2-3 % discount, in particular that this price was on your site day or two before my booking.
You garanteed best prices but you have no will or competence to grant it.
I am sorry but my experience was non personal, not helpfull.

Ako je v cestovnom ruchu bežné, ceny na našej webovej stránke sú aktualizované každý deň a podliehajú tak výkyvom ponuky a dopytu. Môže sa teda stať, že ceny sa v priebehu jedného dňa zmenia a ceny uvedené v predchádzajúcej ponuke už nebudú k dispozícii. Vždy však platí cena v čase rezervácie a ceny nie je možné dodatočne meniť ani upravovať na predchádzajúcu úroveň. Po potvrdení rezervácie nemôžeme od našich zákazníkov dodatočne požadovať zvýšenú cenu alebo účtovať dodatočné zníženie ceny.

Perfect and profesional servis
We were using service of Snowtrex every year since 2008 and we were fully satisfied with Snowtrex professionalism. In each year we spend wonderful ski holidays in very attractive places with fully sufficient services for good prices.
