Rude unhelpful sales team member

Rude unhelpful sales team member
Had the displeasure today of having to contact Snugg homes sales team via email to ask about the First home scheme. I received unhelpful, rude, abrupt and flippant replies from a woman initials M. Will not give name but would like to. It is quite reasonable to say you have never heard of a scheme but to be rude and unhelpful on top? She made no attempt to find out what homes where available under the First Home Scheme or to signpost me to someone who had heard of this government scheme, even though First homes scheme has been operating for years and I am told developers are supposed to commit a percentage of sales to this particular scheme. Clearly this doesn’t appear to be happening.
