I BELIEVE IN YOU - I got my snus!

I ordered from them this summer without any issues - though took a month.
Wanted to reorder afterwards, but the not-so-pleasant reviews here and the banner on their webpage scared me, so decided to do a "test buy" of exactly one tin of loose General.
Really didn't want to give up hope on them, as they have by far the better selection - and also great price - for UK shipment.

I ordered on the 27th Sep, the tracker didn't start working until 2nd Oct. Then forgot all about it, before it was delivered on the 29th Oct - so just over month after.

Will I order again? Oh yes, lovely to get the big brands unavailable at other stores at low price.

What I won't do: Order more than 10 tins at a time for now, in case they haven't resolved their issues. Also I would order about a month before I need to refill, as that seems to be their speed. Finally - don't order loose powder snus from them, as a month in transit completely destroys the consistency and effect.

So overall - I BELIEVE IN YOU - don't stop selling snus!!

Pleasantly Surprised 😮

Well, I was pleasantly surprised today as my tobacco free Snus arrived precisely 3 weeks after placing my order. I gave it 4 stars because of the time it took for Snusline to answer my query and provide me with accurate tracking details although, it does seem like they are under a lot of pressure right now. So, why was I pleasantly surprised? Well, I have ordered lots of tobacco Snus from them in the past and have never had a problem. On my recent changeover to tobacco free Snus after a few years of nicotine mints I decided to go back and reorder from them. During the first week of not hearing anything I decided to check the trust pilot reviews and was dismayed and somewhat worried at reading a whole bunch of negative reviews claiming that Snusline, in their recent takeover, have resorted to SCAM like behaviour. As mentioned earlier, I then contacted them to query my order, and after a long wait they did reply with the information I required which stated that my order had been shipped, and that it was on its way to the UK. Several days later after feverishly following the tracking updates and still having reservations, lo and behold it arrived at my doorstep 30 minutes ago with the order fulfilled! I believe that Snusline can pull this back and come out reasonably unscathed without losing their entire customer base if they work hard to turn it around. Come on guys you can do this before it’s too late🤞🙏🏻

Another update on an order placed in August

I finally received snus that was ordered August 18th.
The package arrived October 21st.
The shipping label was issued September 17th - a month after the order was placed.
I lost count of how many emails I sent to customer service, however most of them were answered.
I was told to keep waiting as apparently the delay was caused by public holidays which affected Israel Post.
I still don’t understand why my order was dispatched in mid September rather than August. I wish snusline was more transparent about what to expect when we were placing the order. If on their website or during the checkout process I had been informed about the delay (they knew September was full of public hols) it probably would have saved lots of stress, uncertainty and unnecessary emails on both sides. I am not surprised that so many people see it as an exit scam now, as it had crossed my mind too, while I was waiting and waiting. Beginning of October I checked snusline Instagram profile and they haven’t posted since 15th of August, which raised a red flag too.
I hope everyone who has been waiting will receive their snus shortly. I have been buying from snusline for years now, quality of their products is great, I can only hope they will get back to their previous, good standards.

Swedish Tobacco is in Israel and does not send regular shipments (1 per month) if you try to ask about why they are calling themselves Swedish Tobacco and charging in Euro's for a European product been sent from Israel they will straw man you with anti semitism as the only reason you may not be happy to wait several months for dried out snus...

After having my last review removed for stating this company is based in Israel I am stating here that my issue with Israel is the distance it is from Europe and me.

Today 24th October my order placed on 24th September is finally showing as moving through the airport after sitting for 2 weeks and the 2 weeks it takes to put 4 tins of snus into a box and post it.

Once more for Snusline I do not have any issues with you personally or your country, I do however find it disgusting that you pretend to be in a position to supply something you clearly cannot.

Had I known the issues Snusline is having with geography or honesty then I would not have made a small order, I would still have made larger orders but now I would rather smoke than use this company and I haven't smoked for years.

The location of our company shouldn't be an issue at all and we also didn't relate to anti-semtistism.
This is a regular company with over 10 years of experience and our location was never an issue. What does make things more complicated lately are the new EU rules towards orders made from outside of the EU.

Being jewish or not being jewish is also not an issue, we have people from all faiths working for us in harmony with each other.

Please don't spread lies, as we ship 5 times a week and not once a month as you claim and we also never discussed with you antisemitism or jewishness.

It is totally okay to be upset if something goes wrong with your order, and we will always investigate the matter, but spreading lies and hate is totally unacceptable.

If people want to hate Israel, they will always find a reason, they don't need Snusline for that.

Snusline tells the lies and when you speak up that is hate...

Well it finally arrived after landing in the UK last night I had it this morning, well 3 out of 4 cans anyway.

I never expected to have to update this review with anything other than the delivery date but after receiving only 3 of the 4 cans I am blown away by the incompetence or more likely sheer disregard of anything other than MY/YOUR money.

FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR

I placed my order on the 06th of October 2021, asked for a refund within the first 24 hours of purchase, because I couldn't wait 45 days until I recieve what I paid for. The extremely long delivery time was not indicated anywhere on their site, not even during checkout.

The refund request was simply refused because the status changed from "under processing" to "waiting for label". Trustpilot reviews indicate that this is the status in what the order remains forever, the customers basically never getting what they've paid for.

On the 09th of October 2021 during the night, my card was unexpectedly charged again for the same amount of money.

I have contacted my bank and reported the company under scams and fraudulent behaviour - as you should do too. A relatively well situated company abusing it's past earned trust in this lowly way is unheard of in 2021.

UPDATE September 2022:

I won the dispute with the help of my bank at MasterCard regarding the unauthorized transaction back in December (during which the company's customer service became wakeful again), yet a year in, I keep getting verification requests from Truspilot on behalf of Snusline, who tried to get me to remove this review in exchange for coupons.

I am wondering whether it was worth registering with Trustpilot, sharing my experience at all.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2022:

We still have not received any proof from your side, we could have handled it quickly if we would have received proof and investigated properly.

Your only proof to trustpilot was the chargeback from your bank, not actual proof of your claim of being charged twice €25,80.

In any case, loyal Snusline customers know we are always here for them and if necessary we always make things right but obviously we need the customer's cooperation and documentation for that.

We thank you for giving us the opportunity to give our version through your review.

I received the package in standard time: very quickly.

The snus is just the right quality for me.

Snusline is currently experiencing serious delivery issues.

Snusline was once a reliable vendor but is currently experiencing extreme delays in both deliveries and customer service replies.

I made an order on their website and afterwards read reviews stating they were experiencing delays of several weeks. I then contacted customer service to ask for info on these delays as I was expecting to change address before the order would likely be delivered. After not receiving a reply for several days I sent another email requesting a cancellation of my order and a refund.

A week after my original email they responded and promptly offered me a refund and discouraged me from posting the bad reviews I had threatened. I had already posted a worse review when I thought I had been scammed but am now amending it as the issue is resolved.

I am dissapointed that there was no information regarding these extreme postal delays on their website but I am happy now with customer service I received though the initial delay was long.

I trust that once these delivery issues are resolved they will return to their normal reliable service.

Bien, aunque con un poco de retraso.

He tenido que abonar 8.67 € en concepto de aduanas ya que el envío se realiza desde Israel, fuera de la zona económica europea.

I have found out that they have had logistical problems that have delayed the orders but after 6 weeks the package has finally arrived in Malaga, Spain in perfect condition.
I had to pay € 8.67 for customs since the shipment is made from Israel, outside the European economic zone.

This will be my third update on my review, my orders finally arrived 8 weeks after ordering. They were packed correctly this time which was a bonus. I really hope they have sorted out whatever issue they were having as it’s probably hurt them massively. I am reluctant to order again in such quantities as I cannot trust them to deliver. I would need cast iron guarantees and also a refund policy would be a must on any items not arrived within a certain amount of time. Snus needs to be refrigerated and a cannot trust if it takes 8 weeks to arrive it will be fresh. This is a company that in the post has always been excellent to me so I am gutted it has let it let down this way. Snusline are going to have to really pull something out of the bag for me to go back to them.

My Order Arrived

I thought I would take the time to do a quick review in light of all the negative reviews recently. Like many, I have been caught up in the August postal delays and was getting a little frustrated. I understand this is not Snusline’s fault. Anyway, I have received my order today, 5 weeks after placing. It arrived well packaged and in excellent condition as ordered. I have ordered many times over the years from Snusline and always received an excellent service; usually arrive in around 5 – 7 days. I will be ordering again.

Fix the order tracking

Snusline is not the quickest to me for delivery during normal times and my last order took a month to arrive , but there have been issues with customs on their end and as long as i get my order i dont mind waiting.
Next time i will order further in advance so i dont run out of snus before it arrives.
Hopefully the tracking comes back online soon as its nice to know where the order is. I have 2 main suppliers of snus and the other is usually faster delivery but doesn't have tracking so thats why i used this site , as i dont want to lose my snus.

I made an order about a month ago and…

I made an order about a month ago and have not seen any updates from the parcel since the beginning of August.
When checking the tracking code I got, it has had the same message saying:
"The sender has issued an item label for this tracking number"
Have tried contacting them multiple times without any response, both through their website and with email and I'm guessing at this point that the order will never be delivered.

Just received my order, so changing my review as I promised my self I would If I got the parcel. Im giving them a 4star as I have not had issues previously so this is the first time I had Items delayed for this long. But they said they had delays and that there were issues with shipping. Just wish they communicated this out to everyone that made an order a bit better. Hopefully this wont be a regular problem in the future.

Ordered a package exactly two months…

Ordered a package exactly two months ago.
Nothing arrived so far, and the customer service is no use either, doesn’t want to find any solution and it seems like that they don’t really care about the situation.
My advice is that DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Since I posted it, they don’t even answer to my emails. This company is a shame, try ordering from anyone else.

I made an order back in Feburary and it…

I made an order back in Feburary and it still has not arrived. The order was for 80 euro and I was told that it had been shipped with no tracking id.

When I asked for proof/a receipt confirming it had been sent I was sent a small excel table with numbers that could have been created by a 5 year old.

No refund, no arrival of product, Scam.

Scam Artists. DO NOT ORDER

BACK AGAIN! Update on my situation. My Snus arrived in Dublin, and has been rejected for 'insufficient information on Customs Form' and 'Value of Parcel' was declared as €1.
I PAID €107 waited just over 3 weeks, and I have issued a request for a refund to which I have got no reply. I DO HAVE SCREEN SHOTS, AN EMAIL FOR CUSTOMS IN IRELAND TOO.

Order has not arrived after 20 days, and Snusline are ignoring messages.

This used to be a trustworthy site, but they have started scamming people now, and should be avoided.

EDIT: Order eventually arrived after eight weeks. Someone had opened the package and broken the seal on one of the cans so it's still not great.

Upgrading to two stars; will upgrade again if the next order is OK.
