I ordered 17 days ago and yet I didn’t…

I ordered 17 days ago and yet I didn’t receive anything or a reply to my inquiries. Makes me wonder if this is a scam site or not . FYI the tracking information they provided says sender is preparing the items still ,

Ps - in your reply you said you explained everything but in reality you didn’t . I received anything even tho I send you multiple emails inquiring about my order none of them got any reply . And I demand an explanation of what happened to my order , tracking information says it still haven’t shipped .
Now it’s been more than 20 days .

After I ordered and payed, I never heard back or got the products.

After you make an order on their site, they send me a tracking code for my package. The tracking code does not work and they never get back to me. I tried contacting them through customer support and through this email address that their "bot" keeps posting on this site, but no reply. I would warn other people against order anything at Snusline.com

2 weeks and order still not arrived

I have ordered off this website once before and my order came within 5 days, now i have been waiting over 2 weeks for the goods to come and the tracking still says "an item label has been printed" and goods have still not left orgin country, no response from customer services. I will not be ordering from this site again thia is deffinatly not the service advertised on the website "delivery to the UK within 7 buisness days"

I have used this company for a couple…

I have used this company for a couple of years now with very few problems. My latest order is way overdiue. Tracking says its in canada and no change for 1 month now.
Have e mailed but have not recieved a reply.
Shame that this happened because generally pretty good. Customer service letting them down. Covid is no longer a valid excuse used by too many companies now.

Have to say that this is amazing…

Have to say that this is amazing company. Ordered änglaholm 3 stocks. Normally things that I order online can take forever to arrive because I live on a small island. But arrived within 2-3 weeks.

Thanks for super service.
Keep up the good work.

Shame on you.

First order came in 16 days. Everything was good. The second one… oh god, it took them more than a month and when I finally received it I was blown away! They cut out original “best before” dates and slapped their own. They do this so they can sell expired or closed to being expired snus. That’s shady. My third order, which was placed few days after the second one, didn’t arrive at all (cuz it wasn’t even shipped!). Won’t order again. Want a refund. 0/10

Simply because it sticks better. (sounds stupid but that's just how it is)

I have been using Snusline for years, but…

Update August 18, 2021: I have messaged Snusline on Monday, to the email address given in the Snusline reply below. I have received no email back but six outstanding packages have arrived today on Wednesday, two days later.

I have thus updated my score and will give Snusline another go and will update the results here. If future deliveries are on time, I will be delighted to update the score further to five, as I have to say, minus this one major glitch, the experience with Snusline over the past five years has been excellent.

It would be good if customer service would reply to messages as efficiently as before.

Original post August 15. 2021: I have been using Snusline for years and have never had any problems, shipments used to arrive quickly and support was always there to help if anything went wrong. However, a number of packages have now been delayed for over two months and there was no reply to two of my messages. I am not sure if the company is still in business, but I have had to order from elsewhere. This is a shame, as Snusline has always been quick and efficient and I have recommended it to a number of friends in the past, especially in the UK. I wish I knew what was going on or they send information via email or publish it on their website so I know if this is some temporary (although it's been two months now) glitch or if I need to find another reliable supplier on a more permanent basis. I would not dare order again until my current orders arrive and until I am confident that this won't happen again.
Also, whereas the new tracking option is good in theory, in practice, it's quite useless as all it says for one of my orders is "Received for overseas delivery" and the date is "2021-07-04 00:00" so I don't know if it has even left the country of origin. Same with other orders.

You have my emails

I’m trying to work with you guys but it’s just not making no sense.
I will not email you as all I will get is 6% of my next order.

I don’t use discounts of yours I pay in full. Like us all.
You system can vouch I have not.

The question is why or how do I know about that email…
I have a total of 6 email address.

Here’s a few order numbers from the past to show much thousands I have spent with you. Over the past 3-4 years.

I don’t know how much more you think I will sit back and let you give me 6% discount for waiting a total of up to 8 weeks. By then the product been out of a cool area and going to be delivered dry…..

Can not recommend this site

Can not recommend this site. My shipment was split in two. = 2x import tax 50€ 3+ weeks delivery time.

Your shipment was sent in 2 packages because of it's weight, to be shipped by airmail.
The import tax fee you paid is not related to us, but to your country's rules and regulations towards the import of products from outside of the EU.
It is important to be up to date before placing an order.
Delivery is in the hands of the post, availability of flights nowadays during a pandemic and custom procedures.
We are very sorry you are not satisfied but these are things we can't control.

Indeed, we do not charge any extra fees nor do we raise our prices and we still continue to offer free shipping.

Totally recommend for UK Snus lovers

I can only speak for the UK but this is literally the best place to get Snus to the UK with free delivery. Granted, there prices are not as competitive as some Swedish sites that use a carrier like UPS. UPS charges at least €20 delivery to the UK, so you have to order a pretty high quantity to make it worth it. I've only ever had 1 order with a slight hick-up and they emailed me instantly telling my what was out of stock. In that email they issued me with a code, giving me a full refund for my next order (which I used immediately) Any Snus lovers in UK I would 100% recommend this place.

Well firstly let's be honest

Well firstly let's be honest, when you live in a country where it is impossible to GET real good Snus Brands, Snusline is an absolute lifeline. Over here in the UK Snus is impossible to buy (at least the best quality stuff is) and you are left with OK but obvious choices. I have used Snusline on and off without a hitch and I am pleased with the choice of brands available. Everything from the budget brands through to the elite type is catered for, choices are excellent. Now as far as shipping times go it may be true that you will wait a while for your order but when you weigh this against what is available, the choice and convenience it is small price to pay. Only once was snus out of stock and Snusline credited me with a voucher that allowed me to make another choice. The other aspect has to be the discounts, the more you buy the more generous the discount and adding the free and trackable shipping into the mix I feel that this is an excellent company. Until the laws surrounding snus are reversed Snusline presents a viable and sound option to buy elite brands at discounted prices. And yes, I did email them on an occasion and I did get a reply. Keep up the good work SL.

Missing products

I'm normally very happy with Snusline, but this time just 12 cans arrived (I ordered 40). I did not get a receipt and I cant get in contact with the customer service.

No snus for me in Malta

Hello.

I made an order from snusline but in some way my package didn’t arrive. Tried to contact anusline and the only reply I got was that we can’t do that or we can’t do that. I will never recommend this site to anyone who doesn’t want to loose his money and don’t get anything for it. No money back or anything… this company don’t know how to make good service and to treat their customers! Be careful for them!!

Good

I just received a log of Siberia.
Shipping took like 28 days. Longer than usual but still ok. (no tracking for me)
I would recommend this company 10/10.
But shipping could be faster, but it’s free so no problem for me.

Highly recommended company

Excellent service, fast delivery and cheapest price on the market. I have bought from other sites but Snusline is by far the best, they never let me down. I like also how you can easily track the parcel following its whereabouts until final delivery directly into your account. Highly recommended company!
