Super happy with my order!
Ordered from SnusVikings for the first time a week or two ago after paying £6.50 per pack at the supermarket for atleast a year (I know 🥴) and I’m super happy with it all! Got 5 packs of Velo breezy mango for less than £20, free shipping on anything over £15 and it came really quickly. My daughter loved the Haribos they put in aswell! I’m not one to usually review anything but I felt I had to since it was a great buying experience

Terrible customer service
Order was stopped at the border to Canada, never came. Company will not give me a refund or re ship the package after months of emails and waiting. Takes a week to answer an email or no answer at all.

i ordered 3 packs of snus like 4 weeks ago and the order is still on awaiting fulfillment (according to their chat bot). i havent received a tracking number yet and the package is still not sent. (i live in norway). my order number is SV8565. i hope Snusvikings answer me on this thank you.

First time ordering, really great selection of flavours at brilliant multi purchase discounts, I’d gotten pretty tired of the same sort of flavours purchasing elsewhere so this gave me a chance to try a bunch of new ones! Purchased Tuesday night, had email updates every step of the way, and arrived Thursday lunchtime with a free bag of tangfastics - would highly recommend for quick, efficient ordering, great choice of stock, and very reasonable prices, I’ll be ordering again!

Have ordered 5 times now, each time ordered on a Friday before 12pm and arrived next day. Very surprising considering I live in Northern Ireland. Never had an issue, great company to order from.

Recently made my first order
I recently ordered pablo kiwi and killa blue mint. My card didn't want to accept and despite this the Snus Viking team was super cooperative and we did a bank transfer. The communication with the team is quick and pleasant. Everything went great and even though they didn't get a delivery of the flavour I wanted originally we got it sorted. The sweets and note is a really nice touch too. Couldn't recommend the company enough I'll definetly be ordering numerous times.
