A $1 trial turned into €40.21 in unexpected extra charges. I approved one $1 payment through Apple Pay and did not knowingly agree to any additional purchases.
Support claimed I selected paid extras but admitted they could not provide records showing my specific agreement beyond their order data. Despite repeated requests, they refused a refund.
Unclear pricing, frustrating customer service, and no satisfactory resolution. I would never use SocialSensor again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
Respond quickly and get straight to the point to effectively address the challenges at hand.
Fraudulent Credit card charges continue after the subscription period !! Beware!
