Buyer Beware!!! Sandals received were not the same sandals seen on website!!!! Wanted to return S they are much less quality and not as advertised and received no response on the email address they give you to start the return process and receive authorization with label after sending 5 emails!!!!!!

Stay away from this company, order placed October 10th and never received it. Money gone, no customer service... I hope my experience helps anyone out there

I ordered sandals July 7, 2023. Supposed to be free expedited shipping. Emailed them and got blocked. This is such a scam. I feel stupid! I’m off Facebook since then as the ads are all from other countries and no customer service! Lots of BS

I placed a order on 6/6/23 and I still haven't received it, here it is 8/10/23, try calling number ain't no good, don't order from them they are rip offs.

I would rate as 0 if I could .Don't waste your time or money. Never received my order. They will not respond to emails and you have no means to follow up on your order.

I have never received my last order of sandles. Its been well over 4months, you have my money I have no product. I love the sandle- hard to find cute ones in lare sizes. I have 3 other pairs. Please send my product.

If I can put zero stars I would! I would have never ordered from these communist's if I saw these reviews first. Most have the same terrible experience. My items shows shipped since 4/26/2023. I originally saw they were coming from Canada. Then after I paid and get the tracking it's communist china! Been in transit ever since. No updates no nothing! I was in the shipping business for almost 30 years. International doesn't take that long anymore. Unless it's coming on bicycle. Feel duped from a Canada shipping to democracy hater's. Same thing with many emails that come back blocked. A friggin scam. Stay away from these communist's. So I called my credit card company to reverse the charges. I don't appreciate getting my precious time wasted. Just an update to these communist's losers. Got refunded by my credit card company. Point is it's June 19th and no change. No item's no nothing.once again stay far away from anything coming from china. Do your homework from now on or our kid's will become their slaves. 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

Package never arrived, 2 emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Tracking number never shows package leaving China.

By shipping my order. As of 5-6-23 I have not received my two pair’s of sandals. I was hoping to wear one pair with a new outfit for Mother’s Day. So, I am out of luck. So, in the future if the price seems so good; best leave it alone.

Wait time for shipment too long. Too many added communications trying to sell other product! Too many different names of sources attached to this purchase! Billing for item on Credit Card statement as "Prettylittlebikini"! Purchase was Socosands.com! Don't have product yet to comment on quality or satisfaction!

I ordered a pair of boots on December 27, 2022 to end it took until January 6, 2023 for them to supposedly ship. It is now January 23, 2023 and I still have not received the boots. When I click on tracking it says it’s still in transit but when I click on the tracking number it won’t give any details. Very disappointed in the service. I’m very concerned that I will not get the boots or my money back at this point.

Do NOT order from this company. Scam. After the order confirmation I never heard from them again. Their email was returned as undeliverable. Don’t waste your money.

I still have not received the shoes. No valid tracking info. I get emails saying it shipped but the tracking number leads o a broken link and none of the shipping carriers recognize the number....
