I placed My order on December 24 for three pairs of boots. Shipping said 4-5 days. It is now January 19th and I have Still not received my boots. After a few weeks I reached Out to support for help with my order and no one responded. So reached Again and my email was blocked and bounced back to me. I also posted my terrible experience on the Facebook page reviews and still have Never heard anything from support. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service of this company and feel like I was Scammed.

Complete scam and rip off, process your payment and you will not receive your item or be able to track it.

In addition to taking a month to arrive (like many of the reviews on Trustpilot indicate), these shoes are a knock off that was not 100% leather as the webpage indicates but a very cheap material that will disintegrate in our weather. It was also not the expensive brand it was said to be. The company does not respond to messages. I would recommend avoiding purchasing anything from them.

I haven't received my order which was placed before Christmas and it was supposed to be expedited shipping. I have had no communication about where the order is or why it's late. Just ads from you and this customer survey. Bad experience.

I have not received my item. I have also not received a response to my email when I asked when they will ship and if there is a tracking number. I did receive an purchase confirmation and the order number is not the tracking number.

I have not received the product and have not heard from customer service. I emailed them to ask when the product is arriving but has not received a response yet.

I e mailed the company 2 times about a delivery I placed 2 weeks ago. It has not been received and the tracking information gives me nothing about the shipping. This is a Christmas gift that was ordered 3 weeks before and I have no idea if it will be received on time. Still they haven’t gotten back to me.
