My own fault.
Picked wrong fabric. Final result disappointing & quite expensive. Not sure how to rectify mistake.

Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Wow - Excellent service from start to delivery of a very good UK made sofa bed and related items. I contacted Karen to know more about the product. Given fantastic information and answered all my questions. She even sent me the cloth design patches to choose from. The items I ordered were delivered exactly on the date agreed, personally delivered and set up by James and his colleague. Thank you I shall in the future definitely recommend your company.

I researched a lot to find a comfortable sofa bed, having had a very uncomfortable one in the past. So many look and feel dreadfully uncomfortable and I’d almost given up hope when I found this company. They ticked all the boxes - friendly helpful staff, standard double sized spring mattress, half slatted base to give extra support, very attractive design, very good choice of fabrics and at a better price than the uncomfortable sofa beds I’d looked at. Initially the cushions feel very firm but with use I know they will soften a little.

If you need a Sofa bed then look no further. I can't fault my experience from start to finish, they went above and beyond. From answering my many questions during the sales process, letting me visit the warehouse to see the product, updating me on the process, quality of the sofa bed through to delivery. Very easy to contact always available to help pre, during and post order.

Kept us informed throughout regarding status of delivery. Very happy with how it fits into our snug. We haven’t used the sofabed as yet, but easy to pull out. The sofa is on the firm side.

Great service sofa bed very comfortable

The company went out of their way to provide a great experience. After the initial order I had made did not fit in the room, they created another sofabed in under a week so the guest we had arriving had somewhere to sleep. Great business with integrity - you don't find this often enough.

From start to finish very efficiently carried out. The sofa and ottoman made beautifully. Somerset sofa with the moleskin night sky. Looks gorgeous. Very pleased with workmanship and customer service. Would highly recommend Sofabed. thank you especially to Dawn who I think made my sofa. Very well done!

I had a great experience with Sofabed.co.uk. We ordered a hotel quality mattress for our sofa bed as it’s going into and Airbnb. They were very helpful, offered good advice and the delivery was very quick and straightforward.

I ordered a Gothenburg sofa bed for my parents‘ spare room. The service we received was superb from start to finish. Fabric samples were quickly dispatched and a good size. When I phoned with a couple of questions the Managing Director was incredibly helpful. Then after I placed the order we were kept informed of its progress by email and phone, which showed how much the company cares about customer service. The gentlemen who delivered the sofa were friendly and professional and the actual piece of furniture is wonderful. It is solid, well made with a smooth, easy to operate mechanism. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.
