Beautifully made and stylish sofa bed.
Extremely comfortable and perfect for our guest room.
It also came with a free deluxe duvet and a set of pillows which are actually of high quality too.
Communication was spot on from start to finish and an overall super satisfying experience and truly wish there were more companies like this one.

Excellent service, top notch quality soda bed. We chose the hotel action option.

James was really helpful when we were worried whether our chosen sofabed would fit up the stairs - which it wouldn’t have, so James helped us choose one that would.

Didn't quite get to five stars because of one or two minor comms issues (problems with phone lines, not getting the day before alert about delivery slot), but these things happen

Simple website, easy to customise sofa-bed to our spec. And helpful telephone support with no annoying automated messages, just an actual human. Refreshing. Delivery was on time and straightforward too.

I’m so over the moon with my sofabed - brilliant customer service - from checking in with me when I’d ordered samples to liaising with the delivery company on my behalf. It was ready within a month and it is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend

Couldn't be more pleased with our sofabed. The sprung mattress makes the bed very comfortable to sleep on. Excellent customer service and arrived within timescale. Very helpful delivery men. Highly recommend.

It was roughly three weeks from placing my order to delivery,I was informed when the sofa was going to be delivered and could change the date to suit me.
The delivery personal were very polite and tried to help but could not fit the sofa through our front door we measured before ordering and it should have fitted but you have to take into account the packaging and that the feet are already attached, after phone calls to their office we were told that the men were on a tight schedule and could not help, it was concluded that they would either have to take it back of leave it in the garden,We choose to leave it in the garden as we knew that it would fit if unwrapped and manoeuvred right, in fairness the two men did not like leaving it like that as we are both pensioners but their office insisted.
We managed to unwrap and it was simple to unscrew the feet then we had to asked two very kind men that were passing to help us take it into the house which took them less than two minutes.
The sofa is very well built and sturdy very comfortable to sit on it is nice and firm unlike many others that you can feel the bed when you sit on them, the one seat cushion could have been sewn a bit better it is slightly out of square,the bed is easy to pull out and put away, we did pay for the hotel action very much worth it I have arthritis and can manage on my own.The mattress is good ( upgraded with hotel action)We did buy a little mattress topper not necessarily needed but my preference because of arthritis,which you have to store elsewhere it will not fold away with the bed.
I would recommend to anyone who needs a spare bed on occasion.I would also recommend that maybe the feet should come unattached to the sofa .

We spent a long time looking for new sofas for our lounge. We could not find anything that met our needs. We had purchased a sofabed from you 18 months ago, and were very impressed with the quality of the sofabed.
So decided that although another sofabed was not needed, we would buy another to use purely as a sofa.

The price although not the cheapest, is very competitve for the quality of the build.

The order process was simple and straightforward- I was initially concerned about the delivery not arriving in time to suit my needs, but all it took was a phone call to Blackdog Upholstery to experience the high level of customer care they provide. They were personable and eager to help, and I got my order early and delivered to my room of choice. Courier company could not get product upstairs and left it in the hallway. The company went above and beyond to rectify this and it was relocated within a few days. My dealings with them were fantastic and I thoroughly recommend them for that and the sofa is lovely

The sofa is great. The packaging and delivery could have been better. Leave off the legs so they don’t mark the hall walls as they needed to be repainted
