Impressed with the service, and flexibility to order to size wanted

We are thrilled with our sofa bed - very well designed, easy to use and very comfortable. It arrived exactly on time and the delivery team kept us informed throughout the day..They were courteous and efficient..

From contact, order and delivery, everything was perfect. Chose colour and fabric, was kept up to date with everything and I was really happy with the customer service, even arranging a date to deliver that I was happy with. The sofa bed is amazing! Storage space is an added bonus but the ease of use is amazing too. So light, sturdy and strong. Excellent quality. Excellent customer service from start to finish and over all a great experience. Being a smaller business to some of the other companies out there, I was unsure but the reviews listed and what the sofa bed had to offer, the communications I had with staff and the information available on the website persuaded me to purchase. So glad I did, not disappointed at all and have shown it friends and family as they've visited. They're all in love with it too and some are considering getting one when they next need to order a sofa or sofa bed. If I had more space in the room, I would've chosen the king size version of the mocca mini but the mocca mini was the exact perfect size for my space. If in the future I have a bigger space. I will be back to purchase the larger sofabed. The quality of the fabric, the comfort and the design are flawless. The delivery guys were also so friendly, polite and worked quickly while also making sure we were happy with the order. They were considerate of my home and delivered the sofa into the room, set it all up and showed us how it all moved. Excellent company.

The sofa is extremely comfortable and sleeping on it is a real pleasure.
It has a beautiful colour and very high-quality, elegant finishing.
It is very easy to open and fold away, which is a huge advantage for us.
It perfectly meets our needs, both for everyday use and for sleeping.
The fabric is velvety soft to the touch and at the same time very practical, ideal for a home with a dog, as any dirt is easy to remove.
A wonderful choice. We are very happy with it, thank you!

I purchased an expensive sofa bed expecting both premium seating and comfortable sleeping, but unfortunately the experience has been disappointing. Sitting for more than short periods quickly becomes uncomfortable and leads to numbness or pins-and-needles sensations in my legs and back.As a bed it is no better. The mattress surface is far too rigid compared to a proper mattress, so my spine and joints aren’t supported. After sleeping on it, I wake up with significant body pain (back, shoulders, hips, neck).

The sofa is really good and robust. Great service and very good communication. I love it. I wish I could’ve tweaked the dimensions a bit I didn’t realise I could do this until I read other comments. Will 100% recommend!

I ordered the Mocca U-shape sofabed in Simple Taupe, and I absolutely love it! I even called in after placing my order to change the foot colour from walnut to light oak, and they handled it effortlessly. Their efficiency and customer service truly impressed me. Highly recommended!

Brought a two seater this year. And had been a god send. No more bribing in a mattress every night and pulling it back in the morning.

Fantastic Company and Sofabed. We needed to change the size and arm height and all were accommodated with no fuss and to my amazement no cost. Delivered on time and very quickly by two helpful men. If I need another one I will definitely not hesitate to use them again.

The company is excellent in terms of customer service. The sofabed is great and the bed is comfortable. However, as a sofa it isn’t as comfortable as other sofas. It is also quite bulky which is why it makes a comfortable bed. I recommend this sofabed if you need a sofabed but would not if it’s going to be your only sofa.
