I still love my pet friendly sofa bed. I asked if I could have the larger arms which would give me more storage and this request was happily executed. Brilliant. The sofa is very well made and great quality. Delivery and assembly guys were terrific. Communication with Sofabed Expert was very good. Would highly recommend. I’ve used it daily since April 2024.

Our recent purchase of a king size sofa bed was so simple and straightforward from choosing sofa colours and materials available using the supplied sample book to actually ordering the sofa on line.

We travelled quite a distance to purchase the sofa and we were not disappointed, the staff member was polite, friendly and explained everything, they didn’t rush us and gave us time to decide what we wanted.

Delivery was on time. Unpacking and installation was carried out with great care. Very happy with the service and the sofa.

After visiting the showroom whilst on holday we decided to complete the order when we arrived home.
Delivery was less than three weeks, and on day of delivery were kept updated as to delivery time.

On delivery and unwrapping there was a problem with one of the arms of the sofa bed. The delivery men photographed the damaged item and said it would be fixed within a couple of weeks. They contacted us to try delivery at two weeks but we were on holiday so arranged a date when we would be available.

Now fixed and am delighted with the sofa bed.

All the team from visiting thhe showroom, email contact with Gregg and the delivery men have been professional, efficient and friendly and I would highly recommend this company.

I worried about buying online for this amount £ - in this case i didn't have to. Payment ok when it was delivered - in fact everything from start to finish was really very good. Mini Mocca in Cinnamon / perfect and comfortable - they even made it my way (slightly with the measurement). 'Hats off' to the engineer and lovely staff.

The showroom saleswoman was extremely helpful and answered all our queries. We are very pleased with the sofa, and were hugely impressed with the efficiency of the delivery/assembly team.

The guests we bought it for haven't been to stay yet, so no-one's slept on it in bed mode so I suppose the jury's still out on that, but I had a lie-down and it was really comfortable!

Wife rely likes the mattress which has given her a much needed night sleep. Although this mattress is firm, she feels much supported throughout the night.
Feels nice an supported at the edge of mattress .

Brilliant delivery team. We are on the 3rd floor of a tenament building with no lift and the guys, cheerfully, carried it up, put it all together, gave a detailed demonstration of how to make it into a bed and back to sofa again, gave us a free fitted sheet and took all the packaging away with them. Great work. Haven't used the sofa as a bed yet but it seems solid, reliable and comfortable as a sofa so I'm optimistic.
