Incomplete information
I’ve well received my sofa and happy with it. I just found very strange that I have to fix the feet of the sofa myself or arrange someone to do it. Moreover, that wasn’t communicated when I ordered it in the show-room in Antwerp.

Thank you for your feedback. We can use this in the future to improve our services.
The reason we deliver the legs separately from the sofa is because we can transport the furniture as compactly as possible. We also chose to design the sofas in this way that the legs can easily be assembled by the customer. These two reasons make it possible for us to offer our design furniture for a very good price.
Our apologies that you were not informed well about this. We hope you still can enjoy your sofa to the fullest.
