Wendy was very helpful she didn't hurry us.the whole buying experience was relaxed and we never felt pressured to buy at any time.

Wendy in the Coventry store was great, she left me alone to browse, and was very helpful when I decided to buy The Hugo sofa to replace my old Sofa Works couch, which has now died after many years of abuse.
The store was very clean and I was offered tea or coffee. Overall I'm very happy with my experience and look forward to my new sofa arriving in a few weeks.

She was so informative, understanding and patient in our decision, and when it was the right time to order our sofa, she explained everything to us. The person who I did the order very knowledgeable about the sale. I had no difficulty of buying the item I wanted so everything was made clear to me about the insurance and delivery.

We were approached by Davindra who told us; there was no pressure and we were free to browse but if we had any questions she was happy to help. That put us at ease straight away.
We did have a lot of questions so she stayed with us. She understood that we wouldn't be making a decision on that day but she still took time with us, we told her we wanted 2 two seaters in blue leather and we didn't want recliners. She showed us would be suitable. We found one we really liked, but we couldn't judge the colour properly from the swatch, so she took us to another suite that was in the colour of the swatch. That made it so much easier. We loved the suite but weren't sure if it would fit so she emailed us the measurements of the two seater, three seater and chairs. This turned out to be really helpful as the 2 two seaters would have been too big, normally we would have dismissed it but because we had the chair measurments, we were able to chalk it out on our living room floor, and it turned out the two seater and two chairs would fit nicely. We returned a week later and asked for her personally and purchased them, she also explained about the care package and the cleaning kit, which we also purchased. Her patience and her knowledge were very much appreciated.
We have been looking around for a few months and have not found anywhere that has been so helpful and where we haven't felt pressured. It was a truly good experience and we are 100% sure we have found the perfect suite for us.

Mariola was very helpful and friendly

Absolutely fantastic service. The sales guy was spot on. One thing we really loved was we were not pestered or followed, he just let us know he was there if we needed anything. After finding the sofa we loved he answered any questions we had, he was friendly built rapport with us and made us feel welcome. We asked about an accent chair he quickly recommended one and showed us to it, which happened to be one we had also looked at.

When we visited the Coventry store we were greeted with happy faces, then left to browse with a few check in’s. Not over the top sales people over whelming you.
When we had seen the sofa we had chosen Mariola seen to us and explained everything wonderfully and made us feel extremely confident in our first sofa purchase. Will definitely recommend Sofology for no pushy sales people following you around and the information given was second to none!

Explain what cover for sofa & leather protection if I want it went through the cost of it & I could choose it or not which was fine to have good advice & information I required for delivery which I am happy about very happy with the assistance I was given
