Mariola was absolutely brilliant very patient with me as I could not make my mind up about which sofa I wanted and especially the colours and gave me swatches to take home, with her experience guided me into getting the perfect sofa which is absolutely beautiful and the colour is amazing.
Mariola is such a beautiful person with a beautiful personality and will definitely recommend my family and friends to Mariola to help them find there perfect sofa and now I can’t wait for mine to arrive

Wendy was amazing! Very helpful not at all pushy, she was great with our children, gave them colouring whilst we filled in all the paperwork. We can’t wait to get our new sofas.

My only complaint would have been it would have been nice to have fabric samples in the store as not everyone has got access to the internet. Great young salesman very helpful and knowledgeable .

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, we'd been in a couple of times before we decided what we wanted. Made to feel very welcome and the ordering process was so easy - my personal peeve is when sales people are pushy and over the top, but this was a really nice experience with none of that. Sat, nattering about dogs with a lovely staff member - the perfect way to buy furniture!

I attended the store in Coventry over several months after putting an offer on a house. The sales team are friendly and welcoming. You do not feel pressured to buy. They do not follow you around the store like some other big retailers do. If you tell them you are just looking you also know that they are around if you need them.
When you walk into the store they are not sat on the sofas having a chat like some other stores.
Wendy served me today, I have seen her on several occasions. Wendy appears happy, friendly and professional. She appears honest on her opinions and does not come across that she is giving advice for her own gain. I appreciated Wendy’s advice when I brought the Ripley sofa today.

Wendy provided us with excellent customer service. She was polite and gave us time but what was the most important thing is that she listened to our specific requirements and assisted in overcoming some obstacles. Absolutely no hard sell either.

I came in just to browse round and Wendy helped me choose a really comfortable chair that i bought on impulse without forcing me into to buying it, her friendly approach and advice sold it to me and I have bought a nice product over a more expensive one that was not as good.

Visited the Coventry branch to view and order a specific sofa, Corey walked me through the colour options and sofa configurations giving me the confidence to make an informed purchase.

We had a nice experience while shopping in the Coventry branch of Sofology. Both ladies were very friendly, we ended up buying through Wendy who explained everything along the way. There was no pressure at all.
