Absolutely fantastic service. Brian our sales guy was brilliant. Gave us the time to browse without any pressure. Was always on hand when we had any questions. Finally decided on our sofa and Brian got everything sorted out for us efficiently. Even got to take my biscuit home that I never had with my coffee. Thanks Brian you were fab.

Firstly the positives, very helpful sales staff, nice products. The downside the delivery people won’t put on shoe covers and if you don’t let them bring their outdoor footwear on to your carpets they won’t deliver your items. One of our media chairs doesn’t vibrate and it also came with a couple little bits of cosmetic damage that we now need to go through customer services for.

Promised delivery in 2 weeks. It has now been a month and there are still no signs of the sofa arriving. I have been calling and emailing for a week with no response or estimated delivery time.
If you manage to speak with someone, they give excuses, such as saying “your sofa is at the depot,” or that “a team will reach out to you in X days.” If you ask to cancel the order because the situation and the service are unacceptable, the response is the same: “Certainly, a team will reach out to you within 72 hours.”
I ordered the sofa on 14/02/26. I waited until the week commencing 23/02/26 with no contact, so I emailed them. Someone eventually called to say that the sofa was at the depot, but that it would not be delivered that week, and that they would contact me again on 10/03/26. I waited until 14/03/26 and sent two more emails, with no response.
I then called the Dundee store and was told there was “a note in the system” that someone from the team would contact me on 16/03/26. When I asked what the purpose of that contact would be, they could not answer. I simply called to find out the delivery status of the sofa I have already paid for.
When I asked how I could cancel the order, I was told they could “make a note of it” and that someone would contact me within 72 hours.
Unethical company. Awful service.

Cameron was very helpful, left us to walk round the store to have a look and we called him over when we saw something we liked. Which was so good as never felt pressured to buy.
