We ordered the paramount double seater reclining sofa. It took 12 weeks to be made and when it arrived it looked the part. A few months in we recline and the arm of the recliner snaps in two. We call sofology who tell us that a batch had been fitted with the wrong size arms on the recliners! We stated that this was completely unacceptable especially after paying over £3000 for a sofa! They said they would order a new recliner arm that would take 12 weeks to order! We asked for the other seat to have the arms re ordered as if it was a batch that has the wrong size it’s likely the other size is the same. They refused and said we basically had to wait for it to break! 6 weeks later it’s broken we called them saying we want store credit to purchase a new sofa as this sofa has not been made to the correct high standards they state , they refused. We have now got to re order the other arm and wait another 12 weeks for that side to be fitted. We were also mid sold a cleaning company it cost us £350 I think and we were told by the sales person we could get the sofa cleaned as many times as we want in the year we have it. When I contacted the company they said they are not a cleaning company and only clean the sofa if it has marks and spillages. All in all wouldn’t recommend sofology at all as the high standards you expect really aren’t what you get.

My wife and i visited multiple stores looking to replace our furniture and Sofology (who we stumbled upon as never heard of them before!) were by far the nicest people to do business with. The store manager (Enfield) was polite, funny and not pushy! He was very informative and spotted we were serious buyers straight away! He then handed up to a member of the team, a lovely lady that went through all the boring bits with my wife!
Spending a lot of money is painful but the store made it not!!!!
