Holly was brilliant

Holly was brilliant, patient, interested. And if she did not know something, she asked and found the answer.
The coffee and biscuits were much appreciated.
I think we interacted with all the staff.
My wife has been looking for a sofa for ages ( I managed to postpone it until now), this day we didn't even get as far as Furniture Village!
On phoning to amend the order (colour), no problem. Sorted.

When we entered the store we were…

When we entered the store we were greeted by Gary. He asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for then pointed us in the right direction and left us alone to browse. He told us if there was anything he could help with to just ask.
After deciding on what we wanted he went through the options with us.
A pleasant experience throughout.

Bought a sofa

Bought a sofa , the salesman listened and gave us the advise that we needed, friendly service and good knowledge, we can't mention the delivery but overall the service was very good

Really Friendly and helpful staff and great sofas

Really Friendly and understanding manner from Holly who helped us. Really helpful to our needs with clear and concise information and giving us tailored advice for the area we wanted a new sofa in. A very smooth and easy process going through the finance and insurance options. All this was done with lovely chit chat in between. Walked into the store feeling stressed about buying a new sofa and left feeling great!

Nat was really supportive of our…

Nat was really supportive of our decision to purchase a new sofa. She went through all the option and made them clear. When we decided to go for a coffee and come back there was no pressure.

Excellent customer service from in store staff

Received really good customer service from the staff in the shop. Exceptionally helpful. Same can not be said about the customer service helpline. Thanks Mark and Gary (we think) for being so helpful and sorting.
