The showroom staff in Kirkcaldy were so helpful. All of our questions were answered, and we felt no pressure to make a hasty decision. They told us the order would take 11 weeks, and that was spot on. The sofa was delivered today by 2 great guys. We appreciated being able to see the progress of our delivery time. Overall a wonderful experience.

Good Experience
Good knowledge from the staff, and a friendly approach. None of the usual sales pitch that is often experienced elsewhere.
Ended up purchasing a couch, which was a very straightforward process.

Easy retail experience
We had spoken to Alison before when we first started looking at sofas and she was very informative helping us with options and sizes etc. When we went back to order she made the process easy and ws lovely to deal with
