The New Malden store staff were extremely helpful in addressing any questions we had regarding the sofa and associated mechanisms, its construction, delivery, price etc. Consequently having visited other well known sofa outlets we decided to order through Sofology and now await a delivery date and installation of our sofas. So far everything about sofology has been very positive and based thus far
on our experience we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

What made the experience great was how supported we felt throughout. The team was amazing, and Ayas in particular stood out. He provided excellent customer service and was consistently patient and understanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put us at ease. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and the recommendations he gave were very helpful. He was approachable and pleasant, and made the whole experience feel smooth and reassuring. Ordering the sofas was very easy. I went into the store to place the order. The sales assistant was polite & helpful & the process was straightforward. I received clear well documented emails outlining the order, cost & proposed delivery times.
All in all, it was very efficient.

we were not given or had explained the terms & conditions, with the result that when we went in on the thursday after placing an order on bank holiday monday we found out that we could not change the colour as the 48hrs had expired. We would be charged an extra 25% to change
This is very bad PR as the sofa would not arrive for 12 weeks

Excellent service. Nina was very helpful and she was able to provide all the information we needed while also leaving us at ease to browse the shop. The sofa I bought is gorgeous and comfortable. It also feels very high end and sophisticated.

Our sales assistant was knowledgable and understanding, taking the time to listen to why we needed from a sofa, asking about restrictions and layout of our room, and showing us candidate sofas we would otherwise have not considered.
There was no hard sell, and we were able to buy the perfect sofa.
