No problem at all with the purchase experience.
Bought from their Allure range which is the most uncomfortable settee we have ever owned.
Already have contacted Sofology just after we bought the suite. Told nothing they could do, should have tried it out longer in the shop. We kept coming back to the display suite a number of times.

Great customer service and an excellent range of sofas. Paid a deposit on the day and the rest is paid after the sofa has been delivered. I am happy with my purchase and I am looking forward to actually having a sofa in my house and not having to use bean bags!
