First class customer service from Jodie

We recently purchased our new sofas from Sofology and had a fantastic experience thanks to Jodie. She provided first-class service from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jodie was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to help us find the perfect fit for our home. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend asking for her if you're visiting.

Great Experience at Rugby

We went to the Rugby store. The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Nothing was any trouble and everything was explained clearly. We are especially grateful to Bart who walked us through every step of the process.

Great experience

Welcomed on entry to the store but not hassled by the staff, we were left to browse with help on hand if needed, once we had decided on our purchase the salesman was really good, not pushy. The purchase was easy.

Brilliant experience!

Very pleasant experience in store! Very helpful but not over bearing. Once we were agreed on our choices Frankie was very helpful got us through the purchasing of our sofas very smoothly. We had a very good experience and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new sofa. Plenty of choices in store. We can’t wait for our new sofa to be delivered.

An amazing sales assistant who helped my 90 year old mum in finding the perfect chair for her. Nothing was to much bother and everything was explained clearly.

Shop spaced out beautifully with a good selection of chairs and quality fabrics. No pressure from sales assistant but they were very knowledgeable about the products. My 90 year old mum was looked after well and left the shop singing sofology's praises. Thank you

Relaxed no pressure environment- it…

Relaxed no pressure environment- it makes for a much better shopping experience. Plenty of staff around if you need them but plenty of space to work your way around the show room, we didn’t have an intention of buying on the day but felt right.

Positive experience

Helpful staff without being intrusive, well laid out store. Good selection of Sofas.

Disappointing to be charged delivery as an extra on a large cost item. Deducted a star for that.

A Most Positive Experience!

From walking into the showroom, to leaving after my purchase, I have been enormously impressed with Sofology as a company and with the incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and delightful staff employed there - in particular Lloyd, who is such a credit to the company. It seems absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Any questions were answered with patience and reassurance. I am a very satisfied customer regarding the buying process and look forward to my furniture being delivered. Great!!

Staff were friendly and available...

Staff were friendly and available but not hovering or pushy. Once we had decided they were very helpful.

Special mention to Lloyd, who took our order. He was very personable and professional.

Not fully informed of the costs

Sales team were extremely helpful and friendly. The insurance was explained clearly and in full, my only disappointment was when the invoice was sent through there was a cost of £129 added for home delivery! This was totally unexpected as there was no mention of this cost at all, if it was in the small print it was not pointed out nor did I see it. For this reason only I’m am rating low as I feel that I was miss leaded and not informed of the actual costs upfront. I am awaiting a response from Sofology.
