I bought Office 2024 to run on a 2017 desktop Mac running OS Ventura with 40GB of RAM. I followed the installation instructions and it works great.

Worth the 29.99. It works. It’s legit. It’s legal. I missed out a step in the download. Contacted them and they supported me every step of the way via email. Very straightforward and clear. Thank you Paul for your patience.

Changed my Windows 10 PC to a MacBook so I purchased MS Office from SoftMall. The first download did not work due to my inexperience with MAC OS. Paul responded to my request for assistance immediately and within a short time MS Office was downloaded and working perfectly. I can recommend SoftMall and would definitely use them again.

First may I say, I looked at Trustpilot reviews, before using SoftMall to purchase Microsoft Office 2024.
There were a few one star reviews, along with a large number of 4 and 5 star reviews, so I took the plunge.
At first it wasn`t working for me as I was learning windows 11 for the first time, and it was proving to be an upwards experience, like rungs in a ladder. So after a number of issues with attempting to download Office, it was obvious to me Microsoft were trying to push people towards a 365 subscription. So this is where Paul from Softmall came in, after I contacted them, to explain I was struggling and actually asked for a refund. Paul was excellent, and helped identify the problem, I had thought 365 had fully been removed from my Windows 11 laptop, as I deleted Office 16, and Office 365. No chance Microsoft would make it that easy, as I still had OneNote in my Apps list stopping a download of Office. I apologise to Microsoft if this sounds a bit cynical, they want over £100 for Office 2024, but Softmall a Microsoft partner offered a 3pc Licence for around £36, I am so glad I chose Softmall for Office, and their help to install it.

Bought the 3 pc licence from Softmail. Great value and the 3 licences all work perfectly. Softmail were very helpful so I would definitely purchase from them again

I purchase office for Mac and am unable to get it to work or get a reply to emails

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 for Mac and it all went very smoothly and quickly. No problems installing and I’m very happy with the product and service provided.

IT dose not work. I still cannot get exel to open and Ido not know if it downloaded properly.

I purchased 3x Office Key for MacOS.

After spending time with Microsoft support to see why I can't activate the licences on my account, I was told that the supplied license are for Win, not for MacOS.

I'm waiting on SoftMall to get back to me, but I can't see them very fast acting on it.

I will have to follow up with updates, if they will actually do anything to fix their mistake.

Product code arrived immediately but I got an error when I tried to use it. Emailed customer service and they replied in minutes. A bit of back and forth emailing and it was soon sorted out. Great service (a lot better than Microsoft!).

Great value, clear instructions, and easy installations. Does what it says on the site!
