I purchased Microsoft Office for Mac but couldn't get it to install. I emailed and was sent instructions to install the apps and then product key. Now all working.

Returning customer after great support following a previous purchase. Purchased Windows 11 Pro this time but experienced difficulties registering the product due to a Microsoft error message. Contacted SoftMall, who promptly sent replacement key that activated immediately. Great support and keen price. Thank you Paul for your speedy resolution.

Out of several MS Office software outlets available on the web, this one provides an excellent price and reliable service. Last but not least the installation and licencing instructions plus URLS were, for once, easy to follow. Indeed they worked first time.

Useless! Can't install - customer service no help!
Brought a key via Groupon for Office 2024 on a Mac. Couldn't install it, went to the online chat who said they would be in-touch via email. Has been 2 and a half weeks - heard nothing. Been on chat again with the same response. Called the support number which is automated so didn't help either. Waste of money! I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this has been such a bad experience.

I hesitated to buy this as it’s a lot cheaper than most suppliers but it worked out just fine. I’m not that IT literate but with a bit of lateral thinking I managed to install Microsoft Office and got it working without too many problems, I was well chuffed!

Got the Groupon coupon. Easy to redeem. Instant response from SoftMall with fully detailed instructions. Followed these and a few minutes later the software was installed

I installed the software and had trouble activating it, following the online help from Paul (who was very understanding and patient) I solved my problem on a Windows 10 machine, I followed the same instructions on a Windows 11 machine and no problems. Highly delighted.

I had an issue with my new PC which had to be returned to Lenovo for a replacement motherboard. On re-installing Office once repaired I encountered an activation error. I contacted Paul who had me back up and running within a couple hours. Customer service far beyond expectation, highly recommend.
