Over all very good
The process for getting the software on my Mac wasn't straight forward. However once I had worked out how to do it the whole of the software is working perfectly and for the price well what can you say.

Withdrawing my intial review on Softmall
I am coming back to ,withdraw my scathing review of Softmall. I had purchased a new computer with windows 11 only had it a few days and was not fully conversant with the difference in how if worked from windows 10. I put my hands up the problem was not softmall but mine so apologies to softmall. Paul was quick to come back (as my email was not working correctly0 quickly on the review and helped solve the problem so hopefully my initial review can be withdrawn

Issue Resolved on New Years Day
I bought MS office (on new years eve) for Mac and had some issues downloading it. I emailed Softmall thinking I would get a response after the new year. Nope Paul immediately replied and had me up and running on new years day. Honestly that is amazing. No other company I know would resolve a software issue on new years day. Paul you are a legend

Excellent response to my purchase
Excellent response to my purchase had the product key back almost immediately via email, a bit slow to kick off loading because I hadn’t cleared Microsoft 365 from my computer totally, thought I had but not all components. Once I had followed softmall’s instructions more closely in my email from them all went smoothly. Will keep them in my inbox for future reference would definitely recommend this company and thank you for a genuine good deal
