Waste of time this place DO NOT BUY FROM ERE I wasted £400 on a couch which as no stuffing inside it's just wood basically and broke within 3 days I've tried WhatsApp 2 members ov staff who refuse to answer and the land line no one answers even after leaving voicemail.

I get multiple what app messages, then i got a sexually explicit message from one of their employees.
AVOID AT ALL TIMES. bunch of pervs.

bought bed and they deliverd wrong item and they dont want to exchange too . The mattress is very bad quality . We have a back pain problem after using this in one week .

Delivered the wrong bed and now saying they will charge an extra £30 to get the bed I ordered and paid for.

The worst experience I have had buying a bed should be a straight forward transaction but ordering from this company is a shambles! Despite reading the bad reviews I thought I’d give them a try.. seriously everyone consider the reviews before even buying from these they have poor customer service..

Firstly they can not stick to one price it always changes, we agreed the bed I wanted and the price on Facebook and WhatsApp then when it came to speaking on the phone prices changed apparently they forgot to add the installation charges even though I had the message with them including that service in the price! They will try to charge you extra for no reason they operate under two different names both companies charging different prices!
Anyway despite this we finally got around the price etc, arranged to have it delivered with back and fourth phone calls ( delivery driver was rude not reassuring at all) I was told the bed would be delivered with everything else I wanted by the sales advisor but then get a call saying their is no free standing headboard only the normal one so I opted for this as I needed a bed for my baby desperately, I then waited hours to get a lowsy WhatsApp message saying they can not deliver it today due to not having the bed in stock, surely you would check stock availability before you tell the customer?? They could have called me instead but no they apologised on WhatsApp saying “yes i know its really unprofessional , but i can really apologize for this inconvenience”!! I then cancelled the order and went elsewhere never again would not recommend at all

Bought a bed from them threw onbuy no bed came reached out to them to be told am not getting it as said they don't except orders from onbuy due to money dispute with them even tho they got there money from them at time of order and excepted order the guy said a need to get in touch with onbuy then had a cheek to send me a link for tendersleep said you can buy from here a asked how are use tendersleep now he said there the same company so they go by 2 names will never order from them again

The wardrobe is nice and feels like good quality. However the delivery men were incredibly rude and said they would charge extra to take the boxes up the stairs even though I was heavily pregnant.

Two separate men came to assemble the wardrobe and they were efficient and helpful.

However the configuration of the wardrobe did not match the description of what we had ordered. They delivered four additional parts a few days later but the rails did not fit. We contacted them multiple times and agreed to be flexible and have s slightly different configuration. They said we had to collect 8 screws from a warehouse in London - over an hour away from where we live and refused to pay postage which would have cost about £1. Shocking service, will not be buying from them in future

Terrible service!!
Placed my order on the 18th delivery was suppose to be today waited in all day still waiting for the two hour time slot. It’s now 4pm!!
So doubt I will get that now I have also
got rid of my old bed!
Been ringing customer service all day no answer and on the watsapp

Really poor quality beds that collapse on day one. They will not answer the phone or respond to emails. Avoid this company like the plague

I bought a 180 cm wardrobe and I was called back that I need to pay additional £10 for delivery to the first floor and that they charge £10 for each floor while delivery. It was said even though the shipping is indicated as free on the website. I was informed that free shipping is only to the ground floor, but there was no such note on the website. I've accepted that. Later on, I received another call that 180cm wardrobe in white is out of stock, so I can have 150cm wardrobe or grey one. I've accepted 150cm white, but the invoice which was sent was still for 180cm with its higher price. They called me again saying I need to pay £10 for first floor delivery and another £10 for shipping. I said shipping is indicated on the invoice/website as free and I've cancelled the order. They called me back saying I do not have to pay £10 for delivery, he said "we will do that for you", but still were expecting me to pay £10 for first floor delivery. Please, do not trust this company. Prices on website are attractive but they try to charge you with little additional amount taking advantage of your trust. They lost my trust asking for additional charges. £10 for each floor delivery is ridiculous, whilst there is clear information the shipping is free.

Extremely pleased with our new wardrobes! They are exactly what we wanted. The delivery and assembly staff were good. Thank You Soft Touch Beds!

Ordered a doible door large wardrobe from this company it arrived with parts missing, after sending photos via whatsapp they said someone would arrive tomorrow to replace no one came!!!!
They ignored my messages and put the phone down several times avoid like the plague there are much better places to purchase the same item! The wardrobe was not cheap i had to pit up as so huge in my bedroom they are a disgraceful company

They delivered a faulty bed and would not replace, eventually they sent an assembly guy out to check, he confirmed it was faulty and said I will have another bed within 24 hours, when I called the next day they changed their story and said they will not give a new bed. This has been going on for 2 weeks now, one of the staff put the phone done on me.

Absolutely fantastic company selling exceptionally high quality products at great prices. The sales team was fantastic throughout the whole process especially Kenneth, he even gave me a further reduction in price. Super fast delivery, would highly recommend and will be using again for future products thankyou so much

This is a company that operates under 2 names and when I realised that they have 2 different prices they just refuse to sell on me. And third deliveries are rude that feels like you own them money the way talk to you over the phone beware they want to rip you off showing one price and trying to sell alot higher. I will put a complaint about this to standard agency too. Good luck ripping off ppl.
