I never received my disk. I requested a refund, I never got that neither. I'll stick with TEMU (a TRUSTED site) from now on. I should've checked the reviews on SRW before purchasing (as i most O... See more

Not a registered Company
Simply, was supplied a software licence that was not legit for whatever reason. Worked for approximately 30 days. Whilst they may present as a registered Company, they are not registered as a legal business entity in their home Country; the U.K. Incorporated 11Feb2011, voluntary strike of/dissolved 17Apr2018.
I am still waiting for a refund, or response to my email. Meanwhile the advertising emails for discounted software continue to appear in my inbox on frequent and regular basis.
Do not use this company it’s a scam
Bought software for my daughter’s new Christmas computer and it will not install. I have requested a refund and they won’t t reply to any of my emails.
Do not use this company, it’s a scam.
Elaborate scam.
Got sent scratched disks, cannot install windows on my fresh hard drive. they probably reuse disks.
WARN EVERYBODY you know who is in need of what this company sells. I dont want others waiting a week for something that doesnt work. They are on amazon too.
Thanks for reading.
Ordered a hard drive with pre installed…

This business is not a Company as it is…
This business is not a Company as it is not registered in the UK with the Companies House under this name, or anything close, unless it is registered under a different name, in which case it should provide the registration number at the bottom of their homepage, with VAT number etc. So, be careful with any business that does not provide this information, and always check at the Companies House before buying anything online if you are not sure.
bought a number of software and…
bought a number of software and hardware items and I have nothing but praise for the goods, service and help provided.
Very grateful.

Avoid avoid avoid!
Placed an order, got someone else's order delivered. Contacted them and they again sent me incorrect items.
Items have been sent back.
With no faith in their competence to refund me, I initiated a chargeback against them for my money to be returned.
Recently had an email saying they're trying to take me to court now.
Avoid them like the plague!!!!
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS
I say artists they’re not even smart enough to do it with style. I BOUGHT a pre loaded internal hard drive for my MacBook Pro. It was supposed to have Mac OS sierra but when I installed the hard drive it immediately said not compatible can’t read the drive. FUMING MAD it cost me £6.90 to return it. I made sure and have screen shots of it saying it was compatible with my model of MacBook. I’m more mad with myself for not reading the atrocious reviews: BUT NOW BEWARE AS THEYVE CHANGED THE NAME OD THEIR WEBISTE. Dreadful cretins. I mean why’s it like roulette ordering of the internet these days. If this was a bricks and mortar shop they would have been done for fraud by now. Pay no attention to the good reviews they have been solicited by family and friends and I’m guessing these people have many uncles and so on. and god awful family if you get what I’m trying to say.
Very Impressive
What can I say, Top notch service. Less than 24 hrs from ordering to delivery. Product arrived with full instructions and extra drivers DVD. Recommended without hesitation.
DVD contained a virus
Scammers
Its a very slick scam, website looks real enough but Microsoft codes are either expired or blocked by Microsoft as fraudulent. Support emails go unanswered and No one answers the phone.
The positive reviews look suspiciously like the sort churned out by click farms.
Bought an online Office Pro download
Bought an online Office Pro download. First key didn’t work. To be fair they replied to my email and provided another one but that was also not valid.
I am anxiously awaiting a reply but feel I may have been scammed sadly!
Scam
I bought an Office 2019 Key from them, the key did not work and the company do not answer emails, Avoid!
It's a scam
It's a scam. They send blank USBs that are not suitable for purpose and then refuse to refund you.
very fast delivery
very fast delivery, plus support is very helpful, thank you so much A+++
Software repair kit
Bought USB and disc repair kit (I think about £16) after accidentally resetting all my daughters laptop and wiping off windows etc.
Arrived as promised, no frills packaging but who cares, did the trick. Laptop sorted. I am not IT savvy and managed to reboot.
Now works fine.
Thank you.
Just avoid.
Bought a repair disc through Software Repair World to help fix Windows 10 error on a notebook. Received it within a few days. Tried to use it and proceeded to mess up to such an extent that the netbook will now not load Windows at all. Sent emails asking for help and received only a email with a money off my next purchase. Looks like the USB drive has either no boot information or damaged files. The "Manuals" is just a badly photocopied A4 sheet.
Value for Money
Received my order in a timely manner considering the pandemic. Solved my problem! And excellent value for money.
Good Support and Service
Received my order promptly (activation code sent) followed the instructions and installed but received an error fault that activation key had been used previously. At this point I was concerned that I was another victim of a scam. Sent an email explaining the problem and a screenshot of the error message. SRW replied promptly with instructions and reinstalled with the Microsoft help line, all installed and working correctly.
