Phil was once again very accommodating with his time and effort with regards to sorting out my problems and he is very fair with what he charges for his time and knowledge.
I highly recommend Software Solutions/Phil to take dare of your computer problems.

Phil is very knowledgeable and was very helpful, he
pointing out the sufficient requirements for the me (the customer) without trying to oversell other software or equipment. The service was extremely quick and efficient. I would certainly recommend Software Solutions.

First class computer engineer. On arrival at Philip's shop he diagnosed the laptop (bench tested) and told me exactly what was required to fix it - no charge. Based on the age of the Dell Laptop be it 14 years of age and the cost, Philip stated that the cost of fixing the laptop really out weighed the cost of a new replacement. So Philip suggested removing the hard drive and placing all my data on to a USB - which he did at minimal cost to me. Highly recommend Philip, he is a consumate professional in his field, and a really helpful individual. Thank you.

My old Dell Inspiron desktop PC had a blue screen error. I had taken it to other computer repair shops that told me it wasn't worth repairing due to its age. Phil at Software Solutions tested all the hardware, repaired the PC, reinstalled windows operating system, cleaned years of internal dust and made all the internal cables nice and tidy. I thought his price was reasonable. Highly Recommended!

Hats off to Phil's quality assurance. He takes time applying significant testing to all those PCs he's responsible for. Hint: he uses the Pc-Check diagnostic suite, 40+ years of test experience goes into those tools. Phil knows what he's doing.

Phil has the patience of a saint

My son doesn’t turn his ps4 off properly and constantly goes into safe mode, phill repeatedly update the software and explains to him the problem and how he turns it off correctly.

All this without charge.

Phil was very professional he gave me a few possible problems my Lenovo laptop may have and a quote for carrying out the work. As soon as I took the laptop into the shop he could tell me right away what the problem was a few days later he had replaced the part and cleaned the interior at no extra cost.

We contacted Phil after our mum's laptop had stopped working, he quickly identified the fault (a failed hard drive) and had it fixed and back up and running within a couple of hours. He's clearly a very knowledgeable guy and we were really happy with his work.

I have used Software Solutions for many years. Phil's knowledge and experience is second to none. I visited today with a laptop issue expecting to be told it was kaput. However Phil worked his magic. I now have a laptop that is as good as when first purchased.

Great honest business.
I went today to get my son a replacement laptop. Phil asked me to bring our current one in also (it was faulty hence looking for a new one) upon looking at ours Phil tested a few things and it was just a faulty charger! £25 later. We have a working laptop and a happy dad not having to fork out for a new one!
Many places would just try to sell you a new one.

I was in a panic because my laptop wifi communication with the internet had failed. Whatever I tried, over 3 days, I could not get it to connect. One of my friends recommended Phil and he sorted the problems within an hour. He is a genius, He is extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
I recommend without the slightest reservation.

Took my laptop in last week as it had been hacked and wouldn't even switch on. Phil repaired it and cleaned it all up within 24 hours and it is now fully operational. This is the third time I have used this shop and can not praise it highly enough. Phil is very efficient and skilled and very friendly.
