I have been dealing with Phil almost since he first opened and have always found him to be a genuine guy who will not overcharge you. Recently my computer was hacked and Phil sorted it within a day and at a very reasonable price. I would not go anywhere else. I cannot recommend him enough.

Phil is the only person I would trust to repair any if my devices. He is honest and trustworthy and I know he will always go above and beyond to provide great quality, thorough work, he will go the extra mile with honesty and communication explaining what he will be doing with the device, the cost, timescales and again will provide thorough updates on what he has done and is clear and transparent on the costs involved. Phil is a pleasure to do business with. Thank you once again.

Last week I gave Phil my laptop which had various problems. I handed it in in the afternoon and it was ready for collection first thing the next day. Not only did he resolve the issues, he also upgraded Microsoft, installed a firewall, cleaned the laptop etc. And to top it he charged me less than the original quote! Brilliant service.

Took my desk top computer in because it was running so slow. phil put a new ssd drive ,sorted out the wiring which was in a bit of a mess, also went through the system to sort out any problems. I am writing this review on the machine and boy has it speeded up. I can say if you have a problem with your computer take it to him. he knows what he is talking about and is very fair with his prices.09

Been using Software solutions for years, Phil is very patient and understanding towards computer illiterate people like me. Went today with a problem it took me longer to explain it than it did for him to repair it! Great firm would recommend it.

Went to software solutions as a new customer with my pc as I wanted to upgrade the power supply. Phil advised us that the case should be upgraded to allow for better airflow. We bought the case and came back back phil who went above and beyond to put everything from the old into the new case. No more wires on show so tidy and works like a treat also the communication was brilliant at every step Thanks so much Phil would definitely recommend this business

We had a power surge at home which knocked out the graphics card. I took it into Phil’s shop and he immediately found the fault, repaired it and had my PC up and working within the hour. I have used Software Solutions before and, as usual, excellent service. Highly recommended.
