Scam Service - Beware!

Charged me for a year back in July, and since then no services have been rendered. All attempts on multiple channels to get in touch with them have been ignored.

I think they've gone bust? No idea, but will be seeking Mastercard's purchase protection on this as I really feel like I've been scammed.

Terrible Customer Service

I don't know what happened to this company. I have been with SoGro for years and recently they have changed their policy to offer NO customer support. Nothing has been done on my social media account for weeks despite me paying $40 a month. When I contacted them yesterday I was basically told no-one was going to help me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ... this is not the service it used to be

Can't provide the service they are charging for

I've been using these guys almost a year. Up until last month I was actually really enjoying this service, then one day I noticed a load of people being unfollowed, 600 or so. I contacted them and no answer. I asked if they had changed strategy. I contacted about 4 or 5 times, eventually I got a reply saying that due to new Instagram restrictions, they can't provide the service but they are working on it.

I simply replied, ok can I please have this month refunded and then terminate my subscription. Again another few days pass and then a reply saying, sorry no refunds, it's in t's & c's. IT'S ALSO IN YOUR T'S AND C'S TO PROVIDE YOUR SERVICE!

I've actually had this a few times with remote companies thinking they are above common duty of care and trading standards.

Called the bank, reported them for malpractice.

Nice try.

Sogro has helped me get some…

Sogro has helped me get some interactive followers to my page. However, their methods were originally not affecting my Instagram use but I have been prohibited from following anyone on my own by IG for the past two days (I only tried to follow two people, both whom I know and was denied by IG for suspicious use).

Very Average, does not stand out

Pretty average compared to others I've tried. Three stars because it doesn't do anything different and it lacks an auto-message feature for new followers (which other companies offer).

I would not recommend this to somebody but I also wouldn't tell them to avoid -- there's worse than sogro but there is also better.

You pay them to follow invaluable customers and not gain any followers back

I signed up for a free 10 day trial. The first thing I was asked was my credit card info without a clear introduction to their process. The number of my followers increased the first day of the trial but then it stopped. I thought it was because my trial was finished. But still the number of people I was following was increasing so fast. The accounts who were following me were in Africa which is not my customer target since I am in the US and there were all the brands who had the same products, and it was the same thing with the accounts I was automatically following. I was feeling I was taking advantage of by sharing my account info with them. After 15 days, I tried to contact them but there was no phone number. I sent them a message that I was not happy with the service, and nobody responded the chat. 2 months later, I found that they were charging my account for $40 every month. I messaged them that I never authorized the purchase and I had already told them that I wasn't satisfied with their service. They told me that they were logged out of my account and couldn't log back so they hadn't worked on account 15 days after the first time they charged me. They told me based on their term they keep charging you until you cancel whether they worked on your account or not. They told me they just follow people and like they posts hoping that they follow you back, and if not, it is your problem. Again, no person to talk with on the phone. They wasted 2 hours of my time to chat with a person who was responding every 5-8 minutes. Complete waste of time and money. The websites that ask for your credit card the first thing and don't have phone number or address are shady as well as Sogro.

Seriously I LOVE this app, My followers are going up about 20-40 per day but what I love most is all the followers that are coming to me. I have met so many people in my industry, made connections, and these are REAL people and fans. These people are in a similar industry/interests so we talk and support one another. I love it! but if you don't believe here are my stats for one month:

No growth is worth getting your account compromised by Sogro

Let me first say that I LOVED Sogro for months! I saw a huge amount of growth, the majority of my new followers were in my target market, and my engagement grew with my following. Sadly, a couple weeks ago I got blocked by Instagram from following new accounts. I contacted Sogro and they suggested that they pause my subscription and asked that I tell them once the block was lifted. I contacted them again about a week and a half later to say that that the block had never been lifted and ask for additional advice. Regrettably, Sogro had reactivated my account without waiting to hear from me and that had extended my block. Given their error, Sogro suggested that "At this point it might be good to cancel your membership and give it a month or so to ensure your account doesn't get compromised." No growth is worth getting your account compromised by Sogro. I'm deeply disappointed with their service and hope they didn't permanently destroy my account functionality (these blocks typically get lifted within a day or two, but my block from Sogro is going on two weeks). Clearly they know that this is an issue and that using their service can compromise your account, I just wish I'd know that before signing up with Sogro.

You may have read online that blocks are getting more common even without using a service such as ours and can last 2 weeks or more. We do everything we can to properly handle these scenarios. Followers has grown

Overall great experience regarding the growth. My followers are growing every day and my account has been growing a lot since I first started to used the service a month ago. It is great to use this service for when you don't have time to to spend hours following new accounts in your niche. I can focus on interacting with the other users and posting great content.

I've enjoyed working with Sogro. Though their work is about social media and online presence, they have maintained a personal approach to doing business. This is very important to me.I hope they can keep this personal touch as the company grows.

Sogro has delivered on its promise

Sogro has delivered on its promise, garnering organic Instagram followers. I’ve loved the results I’ve seen in just a short time! I’ve doubled my audience, likes, views, comments etc.

wish I had found sogro sooner

I had been doing what everyone tells you to do to grow my IG account...and it was growing, steadily but very slowly. Within a week of signing up with Sogro my followers had increased by 50% (yes, you read that right). Another week and I’ve nearly doubled! Best of all, I’m connecting with tons of the right people. I couldn’t love this service more or recommend it more highly. If you are serious about growing your Instagram account, don’t hesitate.

I am about 6 weeks into using Sogro and…

I am about 6 weeks into using Sogro and pretty happy with the service. My Insta follwers are growing both on my business account and my personal account (I use it for both). They promise a minimum of 200 per month and I am getting about 300 per month. And the followers appear to be staying and like lots of my photos so that is a good sign. So far so good!!!!

Ive been a sogro customer for a year…

Ive been a sogro customer for a year now, I like how professional, accurate and friendly their staff is. They check in with me on a regular basis and I can always reach someone if I have any questions.
