I have been to the London store and the staff were lovely. When ordering online the albums came quickly without any damage.

I’ve brought albums in store and online and I have no complaints! The album selection is pretty good! And shippings not too bad I’ve brought 2 twice albums and a LOONA album from sokollab and can’t wait to buy more!! The staff are so nice and sokollab notifies u when ur albums dispatched and when it arrives and I find that to helpful! I’ll definitely be buying more twice albums in December for Christmas CANT WAIT!

The staff are really nice and help out as best as they can. It’s nice to talk to them about groups you like, they are very sociable ! Even though the store is small there is a lot to chose from: skincare products to albums and stickers etc. It is such a nice place with good music in the background.

All stocks look amazing and collection. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It’s great to have store in Soho .

I loved it, its so cute and the music set the vibe for it. They had a great selection of albums and the workers were soo engaging and asked me things relating to my album and kpop in general. I liked the Korean skincare they had too, I hope one day they add Korean makeup :))

Albums arrived safely and were well packaged (especially the pre-order benefit photocards which were in an envelope which had a hard back). They arrived in a timely manner. Overall a very good experience.

Great selection of many Kpop albums and can also include pre-order benefits when pre-ordered, however can be a bit expensive and shipping times can be a bit long but overall good experience.

Easy to order and to understand the process. Tracking was available. Not a problem and goods arrived in perfect packaging and condition..

Very expensive, prices have gone up. In the seom pc came later through 2nd class and is damaged. Slightly disappointing seeing as you have to pay more for pobs then they come damaged and carelessly packaged.
