I shopped at Sokollab multiple times and I will continue to do so, they have amazing service and products at reasonable price compared to HMV.

pretty average experience, albums are cheaper then elsewhere which is why i decided to order. I had to pay €30 in customs for 2 albums. The albums arrived and the box was opened. Sokollabs packing is disgraceful. No bubble wrap just an open box. Luckily my albums weren’t damaged

sokollab has the best selection of kpop albums (and other kpop goodies)!! the prices are much better than other shops i have visited, like hmv etc. & the staff are always so lovely and helpful :) they always make me feel so welcome!!! thank u sokollab birmingham see you soon ~~

I went to the Sokollab in Birmingham, and everyone was amazing and ready to help. They have every type of kpop albu. Definitely going back!!!

My txt album was a preorder, everything arrived and sokollab have a weird thing with making my manifestations come true for example, in the minisode two i wanted to pull soobin (bias) and beomgyu and taehyun as i didn’t have them yet, i ended up getting a soobin, taehyun and TWO beomgyu. ik this is by chance but sokollab never fails

albums came quickly and safely with no damages, also lots of freebies, very very happy and will order from again !!

The shop is adorable! There are so many shelves of things that I didn't know existed, I have to buy something everytime I go in because its so nice. There are even small stickers and card holders which are really cute. The staff are so nice as well and you can tell they enjoy being there ^^

Asked them about an album I wanted for a while. They said they'd reserved it for me specifically and I would just have to ask from behind the counter. Went back around 3pm and they told me they don't reserve albums. I was stuck with the last one on the shelf that wasn't the version that I wanted and found that it was damaged! There was a rip on the photobook and scratches all over the cover. They are legit (hence the extra star) but when something goes wrong their customer service is terrible!

I use Sokollab alot when it comes to pre-ordering albums as we all like the weverse benefits. They are amazing UK store I wish to visit the store someday. 💜

I love how Sokollab is so welcoming. In Birmingham every single one of the staff there are honestly amazing!! I love that when you go to Sokollab they’ll honestly help you with anything you need. They always try to do things for everyone eg. Doing concert tickets giveaways and giving us discounts when possible. Also, all the albums, k beauty and accessories they have in store is just amazing and every time I go to the store I get so excited!! :)

Great shop , I go there regularly now for my kpop albums. The prices are value for money too. Not expensive like other shops I’ve brought from.

Friendly and helpful staff! Loved the interior. Prices may seem high but from my experience of buying kpop albums this is the best you can get from a UK store.
