These earrings are incredible!
After my daughter had her ears pierced, we struggled to find any earrings that didn’t hurt or make her ears sceptic. It was awful to see after I’d made her wait so long to have them done. Then a friend bought her a pair of Solace earrings for her birthday and we have never looked back! We have since purchased many pairs and we have never had yucky, sore ear lobes ever again. Lots of lovely styles to choose from, beautifully packaged and the customer service is exceptional. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else for her!

Cannot recommend Solace enough
I have bought several items from Solace now and they are all fabulous quality. Their hypoallergenic, tarnish free claims seem too good to be true, but I have had earrings I have worn day in day out for years and they are still like new. Their customer service is phenomenal too. Cannot recommend them enough.

3 sizes of hoops
I purchased 3 different sizes of Essential Hypoallergenic Hinged Hoop Earrings for my daughter as she has very sensitive ears. She loves them and can leave them in her ears permanently with no irritation. I will only buy from solace for her these are her 8th pair of earrings and she got 2 chains in the past too. they have not tarnished and still have a lovely shine. highly recommend

Ear rings are pretty. My daughter has sadly had a reaction to them. It doesn’t make it clear that their 100 day returns policy is only for unworn earrings! If I’d have known this I wouldn’t have let her try them on.

I ordered 3 sets of earrings in August from Solace due to the rave reviews on their website. I ordered 2 flat backs and one, a round hoop. From the first I want to return the two tiny (beyond belief) and replace them with two bigger ones and paying the difference. In the end, I wanted to return all three as the third earring’s clasp does not seem to meet at the back.
I email them 4 times but heard nothing. Tried the phone number twice and all I got were receptionists who promised that the customer service will get in touch. I did not hear from them or got any emails back. I got a proliferation of marketing emails. This has almost stopped.
All my years of online shopping, I have never has shopped from one that is so devoid of ‘customer service’.
Do not buy any earrings from them.
UPDATE
Have now been able to exchange the originals with bigger ones :)

Fantastic hypoallogenic flatbacks
Fantastic earrings recently purchased. I've had to stick to gold for years due to sensitivity, but 1 week in and the hypoallergenic set seem to have done the trick!
Customer services super helpful too. Can't recommend enough.

I ordered some earrings a few days ago. I read on the website if you pay an extra £2.99 postage, the order can be expediated to 1-2 days. After 3 days the items have not even been dispatched. I emailed customer service, yesterday and got a bot. Today, there was still no response from customer service, so I called. I explained I had paid for a speedy delivery but the earrings had not been dispacthed. I need them by Saturday, otherwise I will not be here to receive the items and would require a full refund. The lady said she would pass the message on, but what did they do? Only go and post them out 50 minutes later with an a standard email saying please alow 5-7 days. Funny how quickly they get posted out when you talk of refunds. I am actually fuming, especially as I called again and no-one is responding, despite a promise someone would call me back. Also their supposed customer service is just people taking messages, they cannot help you. Why send the items out when I catergorically told you if they can't be here by Saturday I'd need the order refunded . I cannot abide companies who operate like this and it's doubtful I will get those items in time for Saturday. What was the point in paying for premium postage, if you are not going to stand by what you promise? What a disappointing experience.
****UPDATE****
Earrings arrived and were minute, you can barely see them. They charge £3.99 for returns, should you want to waste your money.

A very pleased mum
My little girl has very sensitive skin and it was hard to find cheaper earrings for her that wouldn’t irritate or leave green markings on ears, until I discovered Solace Jewellery!
Not only are they affordable, but are very pretty and she loves them!
The customer service was excellent and it was delivered on time.
The earring wallets are cute and we got a sweet along side our purchase.

Awful customer service. I ordered 2 sets and a single stud all listed as 8mm. When they arrived, they were clearly too small and not as advertised length. Without threading they came to just before 7mm and even including the post threading they were just over 7mm. Trying to return something to this company (even when false advertising involved) is horrendous. Every other ear jewellery company i have bought from offers instant option to generate the refund process. These guys wont allow without investigations and then when you reply with the evidence (post next to tape measure) they ignore you. I wont be shopping with them again and definitely backtracking on the recommendations i made to my family and friends with the same allergies.

Stunning! Placed an order a couple of months ago, loved all of the items!
I lost a charm from my favourite lightning earrings, I emails asking if I could buy replacement charms at 1130 and night, I had a personalised response almost immediately, the next day I woke up to a dispatch notification. They sent me replacement earrings for free!!! I will definitely be using this company again. The items are so shiny, I wear them all day everyday, swimming, beach, suncream and still shining 🌟
