Zero stars. Quality of the clothes is absolutely terrible. Cheap and itchy. If you want to return anything they make you pay the return label and it’s back to china, so that’s more than the clothes are even worth. Do not order from here!

Poor quality, took a month+ just to get HALF of the items and I'm still waiting on the other half. Now trying to return all of them and it's a mess don't order from here

I placed an order 2 weeks ago today so I thought I’d email customer service to see what’s going on, as I had no tracking information as of yet. A member of the Solado team emailed back to say there ‘has been a record number of orders received’ and that my item is now out of stock. How can I place an order online if an item is out of stock? The customer service agent then proceeded to say please pick another item of clothing with a similar price as a replacement. I’ve never heard anything like it to be honest. Don’t shop there it’s far too unreliable and more hassle than it’s worth.

I needed a dress for an event so ordered from Solado. This took nearly 3 weeks to come. A few weeks after ordering i requested a refund and they said they would deduct the shipping fee (even though on my order status they hadn’t shipped it!) . Days later this eventually arrived completely looked different to the photo bad quality dress. For some reason this isn’t like any other normal website, you can’t get a return label unless you get in contact with them. I have tried this NUMEROUS times and got no response. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this to any of my family or friends. Disgusting service.

Do not order from this company. Items not true to size and it very expensive to return items. My orders was £44 and to it return the was costing £25. Not worth it!!!

Helped me get a full refund for faulty item with a discount and I received my order in less than 10 days. Pretty satisfied

Items that came looked nothing like the picture: they were a different colour and material. The clothing also is not accurately sized (pieces are far too small to be considered clothing). One top that I bought wasn't even put together so I had to do that myself. You also cannot realistically return these items (you have to ship them back to China which will cost more than the original order)- this is not clear on the website. They are aware of this and will simply give you a discount code to use on your next order.

They shipped my order in two packages, the first arrived while the second didn’t. I wrote to them and they said that the items I chose were not in stock anymore (and they were ant the time of the purchase) and they told me to chose other products. But every product that I picked was out of stock so they ended up choosing for me and the package arrived and I don’t like none of the products I sent. Money completely wasted

THIS IS WRITTEN ON YOUR WEBSITE!!! I RECEIVED THE ITEMS WITH FABRIC DEFECTS, I WANT A FREE RETURN LABEL AND A FULL REFUND!!!!!!!

Scam website ignore emails on faulty goods

Horrible shopping experience.
I ordered a few items, received a few of them after a long while and they do not fit European sizes… they are incredibly small.
I contacted them several times, I have no answer at all, since more than 2 weeks now.
Don’t buy here!

Awful company do not order the clothes look nothing like they do on website and will charge you for returning to China which can’t do as so expensive

Customer service is the absolute WORST. After my many attempts trying to get in touch with them, someone FINALLY answers back. I placed my order on April 8th (I’m aware that on their website, they mentioned there’s a 3-day processing window) AND NO ONE had the common courtesy to let a PAYING CUSTOMER know that TWO of the items I ordered are OUT OF STOCK. UNTIL I emailed them, asking why my order has not been processed yet, after the fifth business day I placed my order. RIDICULOUS. I didn’t, of course, receive my package in time for an event due to their carelessness. If I could share my emails exchanges with them on here, I would within a heartbeat! Ultimately, I received my package yesterday; the clothes are SO tiny, out of proportion, etc. I ordered MY USUAL SIZE (XS) because I am very petite, and they FIT my 10-years-old daughter LITERALLY. I am not that tall either, standing at 5’3, yet I felt like the clothes are made for VERY short women. The customer service agent had the audacity to ask me again if I did order my usual size—seriously???? Why wouldn’t I???? Give me a break. AND now, it is going to cost me a lot more than what I’ve paid for to send the clothes back. I’m speechless. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH SOLADO unless you want to jump through hurdles with them!

They haven’t sent me anything. The customer service doesnt seem to care. When I send emails, I only het an automated mail in return. I havent received anything after 2 weeks.

Don't buy here! They state they can accept return but they don't provide any return labels. And they located in China!! You will have to return the product back to CHINA with a huge cost!

They are not transparent about returns. Basically, you can't return anything unless you want to pay more than the cost of the clothes to ship back to China. Even then, they may reject the return because of customs tax. If they offer you a partial refund, accept it and never purchase from them again. The clothes are made for Chinese sizes and are tiny for Westerners. A medium is usually XL by their sizes.
