The team were extremely helpful and supportive in guiding our organization through the process to change our Administrators to our account.

I had a terrible experience with Soldo's service. Not only is their customer support incredibly unhelpful, but they also engage in unethical practices. Recently, I found out the hard way that Soldo has a habit of deleting user accounts without any warning or explanation. This left me completely stranded, without access to my funds and no recourse for assistance.

What's even worse is that I discovered they were siphoning money from accounts without any authorization. It's not just poor service; it's outright theft. I never received any notifications about these transactions, and when I tried to contact their support team for clarification, I was met with silence.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Soldo. Their lack of transparency, abrupt deletion of accounts, and unauthorized deductions are not just signs of a bad service; they're indicative of a company that cannot be trusted with your money. There are plenty of other reliable and ethical financial services out there – do yourself a favor and choose one of them instead.

The Soldo expenses cards are a great way to ensure employees are not out of pocket and they makes bank reconciliations a breeze... a couple of software glitches but speedily sorted by customer services, who are easy to get hold of and always follow up to make sure any problems are resolved. The web portal is easy to navigate and the App is simple to use.

I can’t thank everyone enough for their help and support getting the expense cards up and running. At no time did I feel pushed or hounded but just helped by people who understood my needs. This system looks just excellent for my application and has taken a huge burden off our hands.

I've been using Soldo for few weeks, so far so good, easy to set up and easy to use. accessible customer support always clear my questions.

On the whole, Soldo is good. We can't give it 5 stars though as there are little gripes with the platform. For instance it logs you out automatically after 3 minutes which is frustrating - it needs to be a bit longer than that. We should be able to have more than one wallet of the same currency but I have been told we can't do that unless we upgrade.

One of our staff put the wrong pin code in at the atm and blocked the card. By the time I got the card back and sat at my desk Rafael from soldo had messaged me saying he could see the card was blocked and could he help! He unblocked the card for us there and then. Service is fantastic and would recommend to anyone.

Great, good service

My query was all resolved within hours so I was able to get all set up with my account.

The prepaid cards have helped our business a lot and has supported our growth.

More importantly all of this would not have been possible without the amazing customer service which is provided along side the product.

We have used Soldo for several years - there are few issues but if we do have an issue or query, they always respond promptly. It may take one or two tries to get to the right answer. Support is always courteous and helpful.
