Good product, atrocious delivery service
The product itself and the feedback on when the product would be delivered, was 5 star. However, stars were taken off (wanted to take all off) due to the delivery company RAM couriers. Their lack of following delivery instructions once again, led to a very delayed delivery. We also had to phone them to reiterate what was instructed. I need to order more from Solenco but won't due to RAM couriers.

When instructions aren't followed and you have to chase the courier yourself, that's on us to fix, regardless of which partner is handling the leg.
We've logged reference #8628SW with our logistics team and are taking it up directly with RAM to understand why the delivery instructions weren't actioned, and to make sure it doesn't repeat on future orders to your address.

I have still not received my order
Updated: Order was received on 7 April. Its frustrating as the order was dispatched on the 30th March. I'm more update that nobody communicated with me during the 30th March and 6 April
I have still not received my order. Considering the value of the order I would have also expected some sort of updates and communication as to where my order is, its been more than 7 days. This is really poor service between Solenco and DSV.
