I had high hopes going into my loan process with Solid Capital Lenders, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Communication was inconsistent and confusing, with different representatives giving me conflicting information. I had to keep chasing them for updates on my loan, and even then, responses were often delayed or vague.
The application process took far longer than I was originally told, causing delays in my own plans. Additionally, the terms and fees seemed to change throughout the process, making it difficult to trust what I was being told. In the end, I felt like transparency and reliability were lacking, which made for a frustrating experience overall.
I would caution others to explore other lending options with more transparent and consistent service.
