Thank you for your review, but I believe it’s completely out of context.
At the time I’m writing this, our cleaner is still inside your property actively working. The condition of your home is very different from the photos you originally provided. Despite this, we charged only our standard rate of £295 for a 3-bedroom house with two bathrooms and a reception room.
The property has a strong odour, the oven is in extremely poor condition, and the fridge is full of mould. There is no hot water, and when the cleaner raised this concern, you suggested using a kettle—which is not a safe or acceptable solution for proper cleaning.
To be clear, your property requires decontamination, not a regular end-of-tenancy clean. This is a completely different level of service, involving more time, equipment, and expertise.
While we understand that people may face challenges in life and we say this with empathy it's important to be honest about the condition of your home when booking a service.
Claiming we are a scam because we didn’t respond to your email immediately is misleading. Additionally, the phone number you gave us was incorrect, which made communication even more difficult.
If this review was left to avoid paying for the service, it’s both unfair and dishonest—especially considering our cleaner is still at your property. We have full photographic and video evidence documenting the condition.
Based on the current situation, we are now advising our cleaner to leave the property.
