I ordered the tracker and needed it in a hurry because I was heading overseas. Excellent communication and tracker turned up in plenty of time.

Easy to understand instructions so took no time at all to set up. My vehicle is currently in a long-term carpark and it's nice to be able to just click on the app and see it's just where I left it. Location shown is very accurate and could be a bonus when forgetting where you parked!

Told some friends about it - they promptly bought a couple and are equally pleased. The fact that I then received a little deposit in my bank account was a nice bonus.

Bought 2 units, one for Landcruiser and one for Bushtracker caravan (total value $240,000). Solid GPS is very cheap compared to possible total loss.
Nathan could not have been more helpful over the phone.

Fast delivery from initial order, I ordered the larger battery as the difference in cost to the normal battery is well worth it. SolidGPS is a very cost effective device and gives you peace of mind, if ever you are unfortunately involved in the theft of your property, and hopefully a quick recovery and possible apprehension of the perpetrators. It's easy to set up and easy to use, highly recommend.

The SolidGps product met my requirement for an inexpensive method of keeping track of both my caravan and car.
The company makes it easy to set up, open an account and gives you a month free to evaluate their product.
It seems to me to be a very small investment for the advantage gained if either vehicle is stolen.
The company is accessible, responsive and helpful after purchase which is rare these days

Really happy with the Solid GPS. Received the goods promptly and with easy to use instructions. Setup was easy and love being able to view the location of my caravan through the app.

I’ve been a customer of SolidGPS for a few years now and the experience has been fantastic. The tracker it’s self is easy to set up and the app works very well. My first tracker unit went faulty after a few months and a new one was sent out promptly after I posed the faulty one back to them, no questions asked. They were quick to respond to my support enquiry. I was pleasantly surprised when Nathan reached out to me after I cancelled my subscription, I explained that I had sold my bike and was not needing it for a month or so when my new bike was held up in Customs. My subscription was easy to reactivate and is now protecting my pride and joy, a 2023 Yamaha MT-10. Could not be happier with the experience and peace of mind that this product and customer support has provided.

The Tracker is easy to setup and monitor via the App. Battery life so far has been excellent. The follow up from Nathan has also been greatly appreciated.

Was so impress with it that I bought another one for the car.
Fantastic product does exactly what it said it does.

I purchased 2 solid trackers and found them an excellent buy, easy to fit, easy to programme and I was able to see when the mechanic had finished the service being notified by the use the parameter setting. I must insist I didn’t install the service to keep track of my wife’s spending habits. She doesn’t believe me
