We are an independent family Business based in Nottingham and cover sales and lettings around the midlands. We offer a FEE FREE and LOW RATE Full property management Service. We have all the resources in-house including a maintenance, legal HR, marketing and Business Departments. Here are the general services included. Full property Management % inclusive of VAT which includes: Preparation of property Marketing Registered and referenced Tenants from all backgrounds Advice on Letting, Sales, Insurance, mortgage and Business solutions Maintenance Rent arrears and legal action Relationship mediation Tenancy renewal and negotiations Out of hours contact line. Regular inspection visits usually quarter or 6 monthly. Gas Electric and EPC certification. Regulated by the Property Ombudsman and approved by Trading standards.

Personal service and ticks all the boxes

Recently moved in with my partner and wanted to let my 2 x bedroom terrace to help pay the remaining mortgage. I enquired and didn't want to pay 10% pcm. I heard about SFA Via a colleague who dealt with a house sale and was very satisfied. I contacted the letting dept and Daniel was very honest in helping me understand the management contract and lead me through the process. 8 months on and I still have ideal tenants and has saved me a lot of time for a bargain price compared to other agents...
