What a lovely company to deal with
What a lovely company to deal with. I made a mistake with the address and only realised when the order was about to be dispatched, i emailed them on a Sunday night asking if they could change the address, thinking it was possibly too late. I received a reply first thing Monday morning saying yes not a problem, and then received the parcel a couple of days later. Well packaged and at a great price. Thankyou such friendly personal customer service which you don't often get these days, and lovely products, will be ordering again. x

The product which I ordered was very good, I had bath bomb set , smells lovely.. only downside was emailed to say that it was delivered by Royal Mail but then it actually came a day later by Hermes!! But would definitely order from this company again..
