I ordered a Server 1 week ago, the I/O was so bad, that the Machine needed minutes to reboot, not to speak of a installation, which took 10-15 minutes every time.

Indicates to me that the Node is oversold to the roof.
So I did open a ticket, 8 days later, no resolution, support first replied after 4!! working days.

Terrible, don't waste your money.

Absolutely awful service. They just casually changed the ip of the server without contacting me and I can't even access the server with the new ip. Customer support replies with "You should have checked your email" - yeah they sent me one when they already changed it.
Moreover there has been random downtimes. Definitely not recommended.

The web hosting and protection has been amazing for us the past 9 months I would recommend it.

Sometimes a little downtime but always solved very quickly.

We have been using Sonicfast for almost 6 months now.

0 Issues and the team are great. If you do experience any issues they are quick to respond via support tickets or Discord.

Highly recommend 5* from me.

It seems to be a one-man-band as you speak to one person in the company only. We have 2 servers with him"them" the cheapest worked fine and the higher-spec one kept dropping the connection. After speaking to the same person in the online chat we were advised that it was our internet connection or isp that responsible for the problem as he became more abrupt( even thou the other server works fine). After telling him one server works and one doesn't he has fallen silent. Cancelled the server and moved to IONOS. No refund was offered. If you are serious about getting a server I would recommend you go with a well-established host. It was the cheapest rates I could find, such a shame, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

i bought a vps but it was slow i didnt get the specs that they showed and the support was very angry if i asked them about it

i bought a vps at sonicfast but i didnt get where i paid for and when i contacted the livechat they were very angry so i contacted the owner and he insulted me and told me to shut up
