Top notch customer service
Top notch customer service! I ordered 2 wool t-shirts (one high-neck and one winter wool) which came a bit too big for me, but with the help of the super friendly customer service I’m getting 2 new t-shirts any day soon. The beige winter wool was a bit too transparent for my taste (note that they mention it on their website so that’s on me), but I’m exchanging that one for a heavy cotton.

I had long sought a well fitting t-shirt after years of tailored business clothes, always settling in one way or another. I visited the SON website and followed the instructions. My shirt arrived and truthfully might have fit in a more exact fashion. I followed the instructions for their guarantee and I must say the result was beyond my wildest expectations. The team at SON made alterations in ways that I had never contemplated. The new shirt was perfect! This company is what e-commerce hopes to be and SON offers a "Master Class" in customer service.

I love everything about this brand. The customised T-Shirts are amazing quality, and you can truly create your perfect fit unlike other websites that rely solely on algorithms.

Personal experience with Son of a Tailor…
My experience with Son of a Tailor began this year, with the purchase of a t-shirt and a high-neck merino wool sweater. Delivery times were more than satisfactory, and the fit was excellent (I had chosen to measure the size manually). Once I received the products, I was very satisfied with the t-shirt (the shape and color after washing will have to be evaluated over time), while compared to the pullover I was quite disappointed. Probably the 3D-knitting technology that is used can be a source of manufacturing errors, since it had a stitch pulled on one side and several points of imperfection at the handcuffs and sleeves. I contacted customer service, and am still waiting for their response.
*EDIT. About 24h later I received an email from the staff, which evaluated the pictures I sent and disposed a new order of the same Pullover. I can only speak well of my experience as a client!
