Money taken and goods never received. Awful customer service, obviously a scam! Wish I had seen this before I ordered.

I wish I could rate zero stars. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Ordered in Nov 2020. Same as everyone else, same excuse, never delivered and refuse to refund.

Same experience as everyone else - placed an order in November 2020 and still haven't received it. Chased up the order with SooFluffy and was told that delays were due to covid etc. Luckily the bank are refunding me. Scam site - definitely avoid.

I would give this company 0 stars!!!! Horrendous!! I ordered on 5th December 2020! I have STILL NOT received my order! Spent most of January and February emailing to be told my order was on the way and then to be told it hadnt been dispatched! I was REFUSED a REFUND!!

One star as zero is unavailable. Ordered a pair of tracksuit bottoms in December 2020. Chased numerous times to be told delays were due to covid. When I requested a refund they told me to be patient. After pushing for a refund they have not been in contact since. I have had to seek a charge back from my bank and have finally received the payment a whole 3 months after purchasing the item. I STRONGLY ADVICE YOU TO SEEK A CHARGE BACK as this seems as though it is the only way you will get your money back from these unscrupulous retailers.

I have highlighted the 5 star reviews as suspicious and TrustPilot will be checking out the company. Along with everyone else, I suspect this is a scam and have contacted the BBC Consumer Affairs programme You and Yours with a view to investigating.

I am only giving 1 star because there is no option to give zero stars! Similar story to some others, ordered Dec 2020, Mar 2021 I have to chase up order to be told that delays being caused by Brexit and Covid. Some delays may be understandable but 3 months shows a complete lack of planning and terrible communication. If I want to cancel my oredr (for my money that they have been holding onto for 3 months) they will take 20% as cancellation and re-stocking fee..!!!

100% agree with these bad reviews. I ordered one item in December 2020 and by March 2021 it still hasn’t arrived. Terrible communication and customer service - was told to “be patient”!

I too wish I had looked at these reviews. Same story as all the others - money taken last December and have been told COVID and Brexit reason for delays and I am still waiting......

Same here, ordered on the 9th of December, claimed they were in transit due to brexit and covid19 - now I asked for a refund they gone quiet.
Hope someone will stop them as they advertise on Instagram etc and should not be allowed to trade.

Similar to the other reviews, wish I could give zero stars. Ordered on the 8th December and to date (1st March), we have still not received out order. Complete scam of a company. Taking this up with the bank for a refund.

My poor Goddaughter didn't get her x-mas present last year because the theatres had shut and soofluffy totally stuffed up this year's gift. I am soopissed off. I hope they come to a terrible and painful end. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM!

Doesn’t deserve one star even but can’t seem to review without a star rating first- I echo everything here. Ordered early December, nothing has arrived- have had various emails back asking me to be patient. Will now pursue with my bank. This is all a scam. Don’t use them.

Sadly no stars isn’t an option. Scam company - can’t believe I fell for it. As they’re overseas (guessing China?), not sure if there’s any protection through bank or credit card. Lost my money it seems.

DREADFUL - don't order. Ordered early December - still nothing at end of February. Have communicated a couple of times and had very generic responses, have asked for a refund and nothing received. Going to take it up with my bank to see if they can sort.

As others appear to have done , ordered goods early Dec, never arrived , now not responding to emails - possible scam site.
