It was delayed but it’s actually really cute? I thought I was scammed when I read the reviews and emailed them all stressed out…but it was actually brilliant. It’s pink, it’s reversible, it’s warm, decent quality. I love it for the price it was 😆 it even has hearts and it looks well nice, my coworkers complimented me! And they’re quick to respond via email. And they’re so nice to reassure you. I struggle with anxiety so all these reviews are horribly mean because imagine my surprise when it came out better than my expectations had 😆

I bought several items from this company last year, unfortunately without checking any reviews. The company appeared to be credible and UK based.All of the branding positions this brand to be Sophie Rose London, they even present themselves as having a retail space in London. This positioning is complete misselling . Yes, it does indicate that the registered address is in Hong Kong ( at the very bottom of the page), but trading addresses are often different. Hong Kong is mentioned once as opposed to London which is mentioned numerous times. I don't think I was "stupid" to make my assumptions, I think I was working on the basis of trust and honesty, which this company is seriously lacking.

I was very disappointed with the quality and sizing of the items and decided to return several of the items. This is where the problems really start.

It took me over 2 months to finally get the return details from the company. I sent numerous emails and, on every occasion, I received a reply offering me a discount, which got deeper with every email. I made it very clear that I did not want the items at any price and just wanted a refund. They completely ignore your request and just bombard you with discounts and offers. I cannot stress enough how difficult they make a customer return.

When I eventually obtained the returns address it was in China. I had been led to believe that it was a UK company and the items would be returned within the UK. I spent £70 returning the items as securely as I could. 3 months later the returned items have been delivered back to me, due to an incorrect address.
I used the exact address I was provided so I can only assume it was a false address. So not only have I lost money on the non-returned items but I have also lost the £70 cost to return.

If I could rate this company with a minus score I would. I would advise you to stay well clear of this company at all costs.

Ordered on 1st of January and have just received my order (16th Jan) only 2 days later than they told me. Quality of the “heartfelt” jacket is decent. Not too thick, not too thin. I was expecting it to be more of a waterproof like material but it’s a lot softer, but that doesn’t bother me. 90% of these reviews are bad, however I am personally satisfied with my order. I guess you can’t please everyone! My cat also loves it and is currently snuggled up on top of it. Also if you actually READ the website, the bottom of the page with their contact emails etc does say LOCATION HONG KONG - people are stupid sometimes

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They just paste templates - I had the same one about 6 times - instead of actually answering your questions.
They confirmed to me in writing that they would refund part of my purchase but 3 months later I still have not received it.

Companies like this should not be trading on the internet.
Their quality of goods is very bad too!!

After a month and exchanging emails they they reply with the same standard email never addressing the questions you ask. The cardigan arrived. Looked nothing like what was in their video. Cheap looking poor quality garment. Wish I’d never seen their company. Waste of money.

Placed order took over 5 weeks to come refund refused offered 15% discount followed by 30% after refusing then to be told if I do return it will be at my own cost and it could be costly as they are based in ASIA…. Disgraceful company.

I have no words to describe how awful this company is. I bought two jackets, they were indescribably awful, made of felt totally dreadful. I contacted the company who refused to refund, only wanted to give me a voucher. So when I refused they said I had to return the goods for a full refund. I did this at a cost of £30 + tracked. 8- 10 weeks later my parcel was returned stating refused / unclaimed. I have learned that you must read reviews before buying anything off instagram. Look up the company properly as I have no doubt this is not the only company who are dealing and advertising in this way. A total con.

Very disappointed with the goods I recieved was late after Christmas and the quality of the cardigan not good looked nothing like the video wanted to return thinking it's uk as that's what they advertise oh no what a nightmare trying to request a returns label only give me a voucher and to keep the item will take 30% of never experienced anything like this would never buy from this company again

Like many others wish I'd checked the reviews first. Wish I could leave a zero rating. Terrible company, shoddy customer service and poor quality goods. When my order finally(!) arrived, they were really cheap quality, the jacket was okish but the gilet was terrible. They were both supposed to be the same size but the gilet would barely fit a child never mind the adult it was intended for. Customer service were shocking. Kept refusing my request for a refund and return details, offering me "exciting alternatives" such as discounts of my next order! After about a dozen emails back and forth they finally provided the return address in China! At my own expense! Checked with Royal Mail and would be at least £21 to post. Then there would be the suspicion of whether they'd actually receive it or not. Reading other reviews I suspect they'd deny receiving it back! Never again! Nightmare!

This is a disgraceful ‘company’ DO NOT order anything from them!

I ordered a dress and paid £25.45 - it took ages to arrive when it was supposed to have been shipped from London but turns out it comes from Hong Kong.

The quality was abysmal and the gems were not straight and it was amateur looking nothing was symmetrical and to be honest you d think it had been made by toddlers.

I tried sending at least 9 emails asking for return information as it was faulty and insisted on a full refund- however that was denied.

The way they email it’s as if they are doing you a favour!

Even though I specifically said the dress was not worth the money, it was also badly made and faulty as the gems had fallen off they ignored that and said they had already sent a replacement - which I’m adamant I do not want !!!!

I wanted and expected a full refund and details of where I can return their ‘item’.

The law in the UK demands this.

Full refund not a replacement specifically if I didn t agree to it. . A replacement can only be provided when both parties agree on this and I certainly DID NOT !!

This company has now been reported to my credit card company (they are now investigating) and Trading Standards UK.

This is a total SCAM website which provides just sub standard rubbish!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE !!!

I only wished I’d checked Trustpilot before I made the purchase !!

This company is a total scam. I placed an order thinking they were based in London not China. The website is misleading and the clothing is so so poor. The clothing looks nothing like it does on the website. It’s cheaply made and the delivery takes ages. They are scammers. Fake, misleading and cheap. Not worth the price you pay for the clothes. Go to a proper legit company not this company. They should not have London in the name on the website. It should say China. Terrible company and total scammers.

Delivery was super late, customer service terrible, I sent back the coats I bought as the quiality is awaful.
Sent the coats back to the return address and never got the money back.
STAY AWAY!! SCAM

Scam !! Comes from china.. coat cannot be worn its that bad. Can’t return. Can’t get a refund.. avoid at all costs .. so angry they pretend to be a uk company and angry I lost my hard earned money

I ordered a coat that was as others have stated cheap tat. Sent it back for refund of £30 and never received it. Two months later got the coat sent back to me. Home in the bin..!!? Wouldn’t even think to give it to the charity shop. It’s that bad…:/
Same happened with a dress I purchased. Only they kept the dress and I got NO refund. So DO NOT touch this company with a barge pole

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not order from this company. They are an absolute scam. Took over a month for the coat I ordered to arrive, it's terrible quality with a weird cheesy logo on the front. The customer service is appalling and they refuse to do returns or refunds and instead keep offering "exciting alternatives"

Ordered some items December, when delivered the quality is extremely poor quality and does not fit. You are better off buying from Primark or Shein! Since 21 December I have sent four emails asking for a return address for a refund. Customer service is non existent, they will not provide a return address, only spewing out the same email offering 30% refund or 50% purchase price gift card. Which I want neither only a refund. I would give no stars if possible. I will be taking this further.

Takes ages for coat to arrive, not worth £45, never mind the £100 it's advertised for on there site. Products come from Hong Kong, not London as implied on site. Do not part with your hard earned cash. Support you local high street instead!

Ridiculous company, took my money but keep making excuses about not having the item in stock and I have been asking for a refund for multiple days. Worst company ever

Do not buy from this company, total SCAMMERS. Would not exchange a coat i bought for my wife for a size bigger. Just because it was out of there 14 days return policy.

They made so many excuses not to refund, already sent product back royal mail, tracked. But still refused to give refund, scam company now taking it to trading standards so others don't get scammed, it's not in London as it states its a company in China which I have found out ,DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE
