Absolutely fraud. Never picks up their phone, always responds at 3am and next business day, definitely some fake address they have at Wyoming, sourcing from China. Pressured me multiple times to accept their credit in lieu of just letting me exchange. Told me my exchange portal works even though I tried a bazillion times. I am gonna review this place everywhere until they go out of business.

I ordered some garments for my wife as a gift. Choosing the correct sizes was simple and when they arrived they fit her perfectly. She, and the lingerie, look fantastic! Thanks

Don’t waste your money.
I ordered last December and ended up returning the parcel, unopened, at my own cost back to China. Nearly a year later, they’re still refusing to issue my refund.
Avoid that website entirely. It’s a China‑based company pretending to operate locally.

I needed a bigger size, and the service and final solution were impeccable!

Fabric is SO soft, and the fit really makes my body look sexy.

I was disappointed with my experience. I received two defective items, and the company acknowledged they were manufacturing defects. However, despite their return policy stating that customers are not responsible for return shipping costs when items are defective, I was still expected to pay to return them.

The customer service team was polite, but the company’s actions did not match its written policy. If customers are expected to pay return shipping on defective products, the return policy should clearly state that. I hope they update it to avoid misleading future customers.

I was also very disappointed with the quality of the products. The items I received were very cheaply made and did not reflect the price I paid.

Terrible quality, poor sizing, scam scam scam. Spent USD15 to return items only to have them returned to me SIX months later, and after being offered several ChatGPT generated excuses. DO NOT BUY

I looked at the pictures on Sophie & Olivia’s website of the lingerie I was looking at purchasing for my GF they all looked really good and as they were described as really good quality I didn’t look any further on Trustpilot reviews, nor did I realise that the items would be produced and shipped from China!
The items were delivered in good time, but on opening the lingerie I found that the material quality wasn’t as good as advertised and the size was smaller than I expected and I had ordered a medium as my GF is a UK size 12, I contacted customer service straight away and although they responded promptly they were very reluctant to offer me a full refund, instead offering me alternative options, in store credit, 5% refund and finally 10% but I would have to return the items to China paying the cost plus not receiving a full refund either. All totally unacceptable and not what is advertised in there refund process, I would think very carefully before purchasing any lingerie from Sophie & Olivia as the quality isn’t as described and the product size charts do not match actual sizing, all in all I think you could find the same product at a higher standard and cheaper in alternative online stores - in short not value for money and not great customer experience

There products shipped quick and the quality was excellent. We had a few items we didn’t like and returning them was easy.

I was sceptical after reading reviews on here but decided to take a leap and so glad I did. Delivery came in 14 days which I expected considering where it is shipped from. The garments are beautiful and I really like them. I had an issue with one garment being far too large even though I based it off the size chart. I spoke to customer service who got back to me immediately and were absolutely wonderful, so kind and lovely and are sending out a replacement in the correct size without any qualms. Special mention to Theresa whom I spoke to :) if youre happy with a 2 week wait and want beautiful underwear thats comfortable then I would recommend.

Awful company. I tried to cancel order 1 hour after placing it. I was told they couldn't do that because they had passed it on to the couriers and it was in transit. Absolutely rubbish.
Also, the free gift turned out to be a discount off my next order if I spent 50usd.
Absolute scam of a company.
