The lingerie is outstanding. Everything fits perfectly. The material is high quality. My wife feels sexy AF in them. Customer service is top notch. 1 item arrived with a faulty metal hook and after reaching out to them they shipped a replacement within 24 hours. I'm already a repeat customer and will go back to them again. Recommending to all my friends.

Absolutely awful quality cheap tat sent from China. Several sets purchased, all terrible and the sizes were all over the show.
Attempted a refund, the company refused and despite ordering through PayPal for added security PayPal wouldn’t refund as the company is based in China.
Avoid at all costs. Sets couldn’t be worn, looked awful and refund refused

Not recommended! Don’t waste your money shopping there , it’s a scam .
I give this company 1 out of 5 stars , they really don’t deserve any at all . It took about 3 weeks for a delivery since the order was placed . The quality of the item is extremely poor ,
no “ mystery gift” as it was supposed to be included in a package ,not correct sizing . Upon a requesting a return , received an email asking for images with received items . Then in a few days later received a different email that was offering a store credit or 5 % refund. Few emails later , they finally provided a link to ship item back which needs to be approved at first ; however they request for you to pay for a selected method of shipping and once you have chosen it and paid for a shipment , you are not able to reselect chosen shipping method .
Not recommending to use this company, it’s a scam.

Terrible. The product arrived with a defect/tear in the fabric and I’ve been trying to get a refund and return the item for weeks now. Their customer service sucks and is giving me the run around.

Poor quality and company is a scam
Purchased in good faith their sizing was completely wrong and very poor quality. I tried getting a refund over 3 weeks and they just rejected my claims and made it impossible. I've been buying online for 30 years and have returned less than a handful of items. Company is a complete scam. Wish I could give negative star rating

Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company! Shipping took FOREVER, by the time I rec’d the item, it was way past when it was needed. I emailed them about 1.5 weeks after I ordered and item hadn’t shipped yet stating that I no longer needed item because it would not get here in time, and they assured me it would be expedited. It was not. I figured I’d just return once I rec’d it. When I went to email about returning, I was told that item was no longer in stock so I could not return for refund, but I could receive store credit but I’d have to pay a $15 shipping fee. Absolutely not…the quality and fit of the item was TERRIBLE! Not paying another dime to this company. Steer clear of them! You’re better off buying off SHEIN for a quarter of the price and eligible for returns!

Ordered like 4 sets of lingeries modeled by beautiful women online and they all arrived without a brand label or size tag.
Looked them up on this and found out they just source bulk cheap items from China for a few bucks and mislead customers with a fancy marketing scam!!

Hole in Bodysuit, no bra cup sizing, cheap material.

Although they are a size small, there is no sizing for the bra cups - so therefore they do not fit well.
I also have a tear in the bodysuit, Lila Embroidered Bodysuit.
Also, I had another email stating I had received a mystery gift - that did not come with my order.
The fabric feels cheap and the sizing is not correct.

I returned the item to China and I have been sent an invoice for customs. I have challenged this as , why would I pay import charges on and item being returned to country of manufacture and origin.
I have still not received a refund after 3 months. Do not buy from this company.

I was very disappointed with my order…
I was very disappointed with my order from Sophie & Olivia. None of the items fit correctly or looked as expected. The bra was badly shaped, the sizing was inaccurate, and some of the stitching appeared to be sewn incorrectly. Overall, the quality was poor. The only item that fit reasonably well was the thong.
Fortunately, I did not spend too much on this order, but I would rather spend my money on quality products. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this brand again.

Very poor quality and dishonest, disreputable company
I would never order anything from this company again. The items I received were very poor quality. The stitching around the hem-line and all edges of the nightie were poorly done and look very cheap. As per their website I asked for a returns label or address to return the goods to and haven't heard back from them. They wanted to offer me a 5% discount or store credit. However, I said I'd rather pay for the return post and get a full refund. I haven't heard from them in the last 4 days even though I started communication with them directly after receiving my package which is now 20 days ago. They are simply delaying until the 30 day return window is closed. Very dishonest, disreputable company.

Not possible to contact anyone to return
I got the order but the size is wrong for me. Some of the pieces are very nice, others is not my kind of material. I wanted to return the items that don't fit me, emailed the customer service email address to ask how to return the items and a week later I haven't received a response yet. Negative review not because the size didn't match but for not being able to contact them and I have to keep the items unless I escalate the issue in a formal way.
