If I could give a negative rating

If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would. This website is a complete scam, and the customer service is terrible. All the photos you see on their site are fake. The products you receive are the same low-quality items you can find on Temu for one-third of the price, yet Soreza sells them at outrageous prices.
When you don’t like the product and request a return, they send you an address in China and tell you that the return shipping cost must be paid entirely by the customer. That already costs around 30–40 CHF. Then they claim they can offer a partial refund while you keep the product — but they never issue that partial refund. They keep sending messages like “Please wait a few days, it will be refunded within 3–5 days,” and they just keep stalling.
In short, this website is fraudulent and absolutely disgusting. I will be taking legal action against them — not because of the money, but because they need to learn that scamming people isn’t this easy.
Do NOT buy from this website. It’s a complete FRAUD.

Awful quality and terrible service dont buy from these scammers

The bag I ordered was such low quality and looked like a fake designer knock off. The photo is nothing like the real thing they just use original photos not their own. To return the bag they make you pay to send it back to China even though the bag had a defect. No accountability atall they should be shut down. They are drop shipping so they don’t lose out on any money only we do when we want to return the item, such a headache.

Immoral company selling FAKES and IGNORING CUSTOMERS

0 STARS. AVOID!!!! I’ve never dealt with a more dishonest company. Soreza lured me in with misleading ads that made them look like an authorised retailer. As soon as I realised from TrustPilot that the bags were fake, I tried to refuse delivery and they flat-out refused and told me to wait for delivery and then return them. Someone in my home accepted the parcel by mistake, and after I asked them for a return label they ghosted me completely. Their website screams “30-day free returns,” but in reality, they ignore you and keep your money.
Both the official brand and LegitApp confirmed the bags were counterfeit. Soreza refused to respond, refund, or take responsibility. Klarna sided with them despite making me wait for MONTHS and my despite my OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE. I had to go through my bank to get my money back AND MY CHARGEBACK WAS SUCCESSFUL. Absolutely disgraceful, I hope your business closes down you absolute THIEVES!!!

They accept cancelled orders but refuses to pay back your money. Do not purchase anything from this Chinese (all customer care is in China - not in London or in England). Scam company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT HAS BEEN CLASSIFIED AS A HIGH RISK SCAM

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! - IT HAS A HIGH RISK SCAM SCORE from MALWARE GUIDE!!- I bought a Longchamp mini crossbody bag which, from the photos on their website, seemed to be of a reasonable size. However when it arrived it turned out to be minuscule, so small I couldn't fit my mobile phone. I've been trying to return it for a while with no success. They said to contact their customer service by email to get the information for the return, I did and got no reply, although they claimed on their website that their team would get back within 24 hours. I chased and still got not reply. There is no telephone number that I can find to get in touch with them. Why are they making it so difficult to return an item which is something that online customers have the full rights to do? Why not listing their return procedure on their website without having to contact them separately? I will keep trying to get them to tell me how I can return my purchase, but I will never buy from them again and I would advise anyone not to buy from them. Their practices are not transparent. I did an online search to try and find out more about them and came across a site - Malware Guide - that classified them as a High Risk Scam Company. I am upset about having fallen foul of them, and likely never to recover the cost of my purchase, but I wanted to flag my experience in the hope that it might help others. AM, a verified and very angry customer

No refund

Ordered two bags from them, only one arrived. When I emailed them and asked for return details so I could return the bag and asked when I would be receiving my 2nd bag or if they were refunding I got sent an email to say they will refund me 30% and I do not need to return the bag. Ignored everything I said about the missing bag. When I challenged that I want a full refund and I wish to return the bag and I expect a replacement or refund for the missing bag they ignored my emails for over a week and would email back saying someone will be in contact with details. I then didn’t hear anything for a week. I’m still disputing this weeks later. Do not order from this company

Refund promise not fulfilled

The product was good quality, however was described as a white bag which it was not- the bag was labelled oyster and was more like a cream/ecru colour. I was offered a full refund if I returned it, or a 30% refund (£12.64) if I kept the bag. It made more sense to keep it, because of the postage cost to China, so I to accepted the offer of a 30% refund. I have yet to receive this after 6weeks. They sent several kindly worded emails in reply, to my 'emails' notifying them that the refund was not received, but still waiting (since 9th Sept) and not expecting to receive it now, in late October.
I have advised them that I will be writing a poor review of their customer service.

An awful experience.

Why on earth I did not check all the reviews before I bought anything from this 'interesting' company, I cannot explain.
At least I have learnt my lesson and can agree that all of these One Star Reviews tend to paint an accurate picture of the company.
Notwithstanding the fact that they seemed to use a UK address to send the goods, and the Royal Mail package showed a valid UK Return Address, they insisted on me sending the very unsuitable item to China before they would consider a refund.
Having used 'Tracked and Signed For', we were able to see its arrival in China and then, a month after it arrived and with no news from Soreza, we finally asked MasterCard for a refund.
Sadly, Soreza refused to allow MasterCard to issue a refund and claimed they would refund me within 20 days.... A strange move, but after a long delay they did make a refund, so all I lost was the very expensive trace and tracking cost of the postage to China.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam, fake products. I was gifted a longchamp mini pouch for my birthday only to discover that it was a Chinese copy. Upon raising this with the company, they told me that my package was in the post when I had already received it. They then offered me a 20% refund as a 'gesture of good will' which I of course declined. Following this, they accepted my statement that the bag was fake and offered me a 40% refund, and stated that if I wanted full refund, I had to post the item to their overseas address at my own cost. Their address was of course in China. Absolutely unacceptable! Everything about it is fake as I compared it to the original one that I have and I really have no words.

Bought a Bag from Soreza it was the size of a Match box, I thought it was for a Barbie Doll. Needless to Say I wanted to return it. Firstly they tried to offer me a discount as long as I kept it.
Eventually they gave me the address to return it, I sent them a photo of the proof of return, this took about 5 attempts, I think they wanted David Bailey to take the photo. It’s now been a Month since I returned the Bag, still no refund, apparently they still haven’t received it, Royal Mail must have returned it by Rowing boat.
Do not buy from this Shop, a complete Joke and Scam if u ask me.
If you r reading this Soreza, give me my refund and I will remove the Review

Clearly a fake

Clearly a fake having since researched how to tell if it’s a real Longchamp! How I wish I’d done this originally! I didn’t even go with the cheapest option to buy from a company supposedly selling them. Please do not order from here. The company should be removed
