Very efficient company, Assessor arrived to our water leak next day. Made a thorough assessment, tried to fix leak, but it was not possible. Reported back to insurance company. Very pleased with service from SOS.

They were appointed by my insurer to do a trace and access on an internal wall pipe that was leaking. Gary turned up. Was polite, proactive and not only located the problem he also fixed the leak. I’m only removing one star as I was surprised he didn’t use any dust sheets and as a result the room was left in a mess after chiselling a lengthy hole in the wall.

Chris Wright attended on Christmas Eve, earlier than the appointment time and methodically worked through issues until the leak was identified. Left house tidy and enabled us to go ahead with our Christmas celebrations which were looking like having to be cancelled.

I would like to say that the engineer that was sent out (Paul) went above and beyond to find the leak present in the house. I did thank him for all that he did and the service that was provided. I would highly recommend the company.

A huge leak was sorted by Alex & Luke who were the ‘Chuckle Brothers’ we never knew we needed! They were efficient, professional and polite throughout the 2 days they were here. Always happy to pass on their knowledge and information on what they were doing (and why). I can’t speak highly enough of them both. It was a dirty (and very wet) job but they took it all in their stride and sorted it once and for all. Thanks fellas!!

The service from the engineer who came was nothing short of perfect.

Time was booked for 9am and despite him coming from London to Birmingham he was very much on time.

A very polite chap and explained everything as he moved through the house.

SOS were sent by insurance company to detect the leak and confirm it had been stopped.
SOS called to make the appointment and came within in a few days.
On the day all checks were carried out well and checks were carried out both in our property and the adjoining property where the leak was coming from. The engineer Craig was knowledgeable and carried all that was expected and confirmed it had been stopped.

The SOS engineer was very courteous and extremely professional. He carried out a series of tests and concluded that the suspected leak did not exist and the damage to the kitchen floor was a consequence of a water spill several years earlier.

We established we had a leak somewhere in our central heating system under concrete floors in our large 3 bedroom bungalow. Our insurance company organised for SOS Leak Detection to attend. Calvin from SOS arrived on time and immediately started searching for the leak.His initial response proved unsuccessful so he moved to using their gas and audio equipment. This located the leak, he fixed it recharged the system and fully checked everything was working before he left. We were absolutely delighted with his work, he was very polite and an excellent ambassador for his company

We had a leak and didn't know the origin. Our insurers contacted SOS Leak Detection, and a gentleman called Joe came out to see us. He immediately identified the source and took the necessary steps to solve the problem, keeping us informed at all times of what he was doing and why

SOS were delegated by insurance company to detect leak. So I don't know what their costs are like. SOS called me within a couple of hours from being referred by insurance company and appointment made next day. The engineer, Garry was great. Very re-assuring, polite and found the leak quickly. He was also able to repair the pipe although this did cost £120 as insurance did not cover actual repair. I had the option to get my own plumber to repair the leak. I would certainly recommend this company.

Phenomenal company. Spoke to approximately 10 companies to obtain quotes and find someone who could come within 24 hours. SOS Leak Detection were able to do so.

They were very clear as to our needs (Trace and Access under insurance cover) and explained the usual process, very clearly outlined their fees which were much clearer than most other companies.

Ellie, the administrator we dealt with, was highly efficient and professional. Sending all documentation promptly, which was required for our claim.

Calum the engineer who attended was one of the most helpful information and polite trades people I’ve come across, full stop.

The issue was dealt with, a report provided and the matter resolved very tidily.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! We will certainly only revisit them for any future plumbing issues.

I had an excellent experience with SOS Leak Detection.
The leak detection engineer arrived within the time frame expected due to traffic, and was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous throughout the detection process, taking care not to cause any more damage than absolutely necessary, finding the leak quickly, and assessing the impact of the leak with a high degree of expertise.
He explained every step of his diagnostic work carefully and plainly, did everything with a high degree of professionalism.
I am very impressed!

The engineer responding to my water leak made me feel comfortable by keeping me fully informed at all times. His pleasant demeaner and confident approach provided reassurance at a most difficult and stressful time for me, The source of the leak was very quickly identified and repaired and my central heating reinstated. I was impressed by the professional, speedy, and efficient response and solution to my problem.

Joe came to repair leak under tiled kitchen floor he was very careful in removing only a couple of tiles.He then repaired the leak and confirmed that everything was alright, which I really appreciated He was very careful not to damage any floor tiles.Joe also explained what would happen next after the insurance company had received his report. He was very tidy and cleared up when the work was finished.
